Tried my hand at a 3D printed ‘89 Batmobile for shits and giggles. Decided to go with FDM instead of resin. Did some sanding/wet sanding/filler primer post processing afterwards it was assembled. Not sure I like the satin finish, might do a light gloss finish over it to give it a bit more shine.

So I got this bad boy today. First McFarlane I opened up and I have to say I really like the design. Wasn't so sure about the head sculpt but it surprisingly works. What I have to say though is that one of the flaws of this figure is what has been putting me off this line in the first place, the articulation. The range of motion, at least with this figure, is rather limited. I probably have to git gud at posing but it became clear to me that the length of the legs acts restrictive to the overall posing. Main reason for this is the legs fucking up the balance of the entire figure along with the cape. The range on the head is also extremely limited. Maybe I will buy some stands off Aliexpress to pose him better

The cheap ass nylon he's using isn't meant to be stretched tight for long periods of time, and to make it worse he tried to sew the edges so the stress on the fabric is going to eventually become loose and fall apart on its own even if kept in a pressurized atmosphere controlled display.
