So is what NECA is doing actually illegal? Can they charge people who refuse to send back the sewer lair?
Finished my Christmas decorating.
>>11243290Keep that discussion to the other thread>>11242193That was the agreement after all.
>>11243307I really wish they would make an ultimate of him already
Neca miscalculated their goodwill in the toy community and overstepped over the Donnie’s lab shipments and threatened the necallective. A boycott is taking shape and legal counsel for anons who are going to take a stand against randulf and his sycophants.
>>11243312>>11243299
>>11243315Like the gentleman’s agreement, this pact will also not be honored. The other thread is on auto sage in a company coverup and we will not be silent.
Got VP today and won Flash Gordon Brian Blessed for 30 fucking bucks. Damn good day.
>>11243320What’s VP?
>>11243295That is wonderful, I love that. The colors in the "snow" make me think of the swimming pool bubbling up after Stripe jumps in, too.
>>11243322Vincent Price
>>11243295Nice display. Interesting how things have changed, people used to always say decorate after thanksgiving, but now people start decorating at the beginning of November. I love Christmas so I definitely don’t mind.
>>11243312>Oh NO they're REQUESTING you return it!Legally they have no standing, but most of you pukes literally can't comprehend what you read.
>>11243296>>11243299>>11243301>>11243304I still have the versions NECA put out years ago so I'm good. Plus, the fact they have 2 versions of Jack in one wave means they don't plan to do much with this line.
>>11243299you're not the board police. it's relevant to this thread whether you like it or not.
>>11243405It is not relevant to this thread. It's 100% you wanting to gossip and shitpost. That is not wanted on this board, at all.
>>11243404I mean, I do too, but these are clearly improved releases. Also they're not made with clear plastic, which was pretty much the only flaw the line had. They have two Jacks in the wave because everyone wants Santa Jack and these are meant to be out by Christmas. It's a marketing thing, not a longevity thing.
>>11238511>>11238515>>11243288>Ultimate Vincent PriceThat reminds me, I recently found a copy of this Parker Brothers Hangman with Price on the box.
>>11243440That's actually pretty cool, hah.
>>11243440>ratiokek
>>11243440That good sir was the version I had as a child.
>>11243447oof
>>11243312"Failure to return diorama may result in limited opportunities to buy future products from the Neca store"Or "failure to return diorama may result in Neca Store to be unable to provide future product to sell"?
>>11243288What the hell is going on? I'm still waiting on my paid Turtle Lair. NECA claims in my email that it was allegedly delivered. They have no clue whose address it went to. Photo doesn't match my home. NECA said I need to contact USPS, but USPS says NECA as sender needs to initiate an investigation. I had to get my credit card involved. What a mess, how did they fuck up this badly?
>>11243485Why are you making stuff up?
>>11243485I actually had this issue when I ordered my Year of the Rabbit Usagi Yojimbo set. It was three months late and they were both giving me the run around you describe and Neca finally said that my address was not a deliverable location and I had to give them an alternative mailing address or accept a refund so I had it sent to a relative who forwarded it to me.
>>11243485Thats fucked up, if this was a somewhat competent company like BBTS, they'd give you a refund/replacement free of charge.
>>11243299>That was the agreement after all. What, the agreement you made with yourself? Get a grip. It belongs in this thread.
>>11243648They're being a dick because out of courtesy someone did make a seperate thread to discuss the issue as to not bog down this one with it, but someone decided to get it on autosage so now this thread is going to be the place to discuss the donnie diorama debacle discourse.
>>11243288I wonder if this Jack's limbs will hold up. The spindly limbs of that design seems to have led to constant breakage in toy form throughout various lines.
>>11243719They should. The old line held up extremely well. The only reason those have any issues now is because of the clear plastic use at the time.
I really like the look of that Dark Leo they have coming out. S&Mey.
>>11243295Cool you got Stripe hiding in the tree.
>>11243485There are also people claiming to have recieved the emails despite not even ordering the diorama, let alone recieving one.
I got my Target order Friday night, still opening things up (got more Romulus xenos, Jack and David, Rocker ALF, and Vince). Mr. Price is a thing of beauty. There's some real love put into the portraits.
>>11244026The youngest face might be my least favorite, but it's still an incredibly well done face. I do like that in the middle aged face you can see the hint of those wrinkles and lines that start bringing out the character.Great figure all around, lots of nice accessories. The swappable ascot and ties are brilliant.
>>11244026>>11244027What’s Vincent Price actually known for? I only know him from Thriller and Edward Scissorhands
>>11244027And he can guest star anywhere on your toy shelf.
>>11244030Horror movies and other things, he was a huge art collector if I remember right, music, loved cooking...I definitely knew of him as a kid because of his unique voice in 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo.
>>11243879not very surprising considering they sent duplicates out after all
>>11244036very very disorganized companyshameful behavior
>>11244030There are so many classic thriller and horror movies from say the 60s and 70s that he is in
>>11243734who's the gay ghost?
>>11243288Hey guys, this might be a long shot, but does anyone know where I could get some furniture for NECA figures? I want like an accent or reading chair for my Ultimate Vincent Price, something that looks real. Kinda like something you’d see in an old doll house, but scaled for a NECA figure.Really appreciate it if anyone has any sources
>>11244170etsy
>>11244173What scale should I look for? I don't think 1/12 scale would work since NECA Ultimate figures are a bit larger than, say, Marvel Legends (which are 1/12, I believe)
>>112441911:10,Storm Collectibles are sold as 1:12 but are a little larger and as such scale well with NECA
>>11244031His beautiful assistant!
>>11244036Yeah but emailing and sending return labels and warnings to people who never even ordered a single unit is kind of concerning.
>>11244031This is canon.
>>11244272Good thing that hasn't happened. No matter how many times you lie about it and spread rumors.
>>11244032He was also the voice of Ratigan in Great Mouse Detective and a connoisseur of american hotdogs (or Redhots as they were called back in the day)
>>11244030Lots of movies, primarily known for doing Roger Corman horror films, especially adaptations of Edgar Allan Poe.But he's known for doing horror in general. He even had his own radio drama series called The Price of FearIn the animation fandom, he's also pretty well known as the voice of the villain, Zig Zag, from the most famous unfinished animated film of all time, The Thief and the Cobbler
>>11244276>He was also the voice of RatiganI am so ashamed of myself that I completely forgot about that.
>>11244284Surprising since he was the mind that brought you the Big Ben Caper, the crime that made headlines in every newspaper.
>>11244275This behavior is why nobody came to your birthday party.
>>11244030his muppets appearance is pretty goodhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmV-EissSM0
Looks like Krampus stuff is going up for tomorrow's drop. Wondering who the autograph would be if they even keep with that trend.
>>11244386Wonder if it's a big bundle or what.
>>11244026>>11244027>>11244031FFFFFUUUUUUCKKK>that absolute RAPE costim a huge Vincent Price fan and i was waiting for tis figurebut it cant be found in Europe!will it arrive here? I don't wan to pay that amount for it...
>>11244386Do we know if/where Krampus is getting a store release? I want to pick it up but I'm not ordering through NECA's shit site and they've been so damn inconsistent with what stores get their drops and how many. I'm in a major city and no Target got the B&W Orlok
>>11244682Best Buy and Target are likely the best options. Walmart COULD but they're very inconsistent.
>>11244386Krampus stuff is up. There is a bundle with an autograph card, it's Michael Daugherty. Neat, not a necessity, but if you like his work, there you go.
>>11244783>it's Michael Daughertywho…?
>>11244785Director of Krampus, Godzilla King of the Monsters, and the creator and director of Trick 'r Treat.
Thanks for the Christmas present neva, really like this extra turtle lab.
>>11244903That's someone else's lab and it's your fault that Christmas is ruined, Ebenezer.
>>11244783Cool paperweight, is it 3poa
>>11244912No one cares.I hope NECA doesn't get a single one back
>>11244930I mean you're the one that's going to get into legal troubles over it. Good luck turd.
>>11244859>>11244785>>11244783Never liked Michael, King of The Monsters is the worst of the monsterverse besides Monarch, and is one of the worst Godzilla films in general. Micahel just exudes fraud fan energy. Anyways any kaiju films Neca should do?
>>11244945No way, King of the Monsters was great. He showed he actually cared about how the monsters acted and looked. My favorite of the Legendaries.
>>11244950Lmao, no. It’s easily the worst.
>>11244930Don't you understand? It's your fault that Neca sent you an extra lab. It's your fault that Neca didn't manufacture any extras. If you didn't want to waste time sending back product you never ordered, you should never have ordered the lab in the first place.
>>11244955>you should never have ordered the lab in the first placeOh don’t worry I’ll remember that for next time I’m tempted to buy neva product
>>11244955>waste timeOh no, taking 5 minutes to put the provided return label on teh box and set it outside your door for pickup...how INCONVENIENT!
>>11244950King of the Monsters is the shrek 3 of the monsterverse, bad works in general, kinda disturbing the death cult its formed>>11244953Agreed
>>11244935lol we'll just see about that.HAHAHAHAHAHA
>>11244966>just leave it outside for porch pirates or thieving USPS guys whose scanners conveniently don't work for pickupsAnd that's assuming I live in an "urban" area that has that option. What if I live in an off grid cabin in Ruby Ridge, Idaho? What if I live in Europe and the $100 voucher doesn't even cover what I paid in VAT and customs fees? How are Neca even going to attempt legal proceedings against any international customers? There are a lot of variables that you refuse to even consider.
>>11244991Then you're coming up with bullshit reasons to make excuses for why you're an immoral fuck.
Lol this corpo dicksucker what a retard.
>>11244995Anyone defending this company has no right to preach about morality.
>>11244966I don’t have a printer.
>>11244991They ain't gonna do shit. It's not worth the cost of legal fees.
>>11245003They’re going to charge your card, what legal fees do they need? Nobody is going to fight the charges in court, because the law is in favor of NECA.
>>11245069I canceled my card
>>11244783Shoot, I was tempted to pick it up, but it's already sold out. I say "already"...dunno how long it was up for. I only just got off work. Ah well. Wonder what the fourth drop is going to be.
>>11245069>They’re going to charge your cardI hope they do this. I really do. Because if you and the midwits at Neca think this is a legal way to pursue a debt, you're in for a rude awakening.
>>11245088It’s legal, multiple lawyers have said so.
>>11245069>Nobody is going to fight the charges in courtbecause they'd just dispute the charges with the card company, dumbass.
Sure is a lot of off topic posting...
>>11245119This is why we had that other thread to discuss the situation, but they seem to refuse to use it.
Hopefully that razor piece isn’t an one off
>>11245291They'd sculpt a new one if it didn't look like what was in that movie, I'd think.
>>11243290Yes, it is illegal. NECA is in the wrong and it will bite them in the ass harder than hiring Blainer did.
>>11245349Its the same sort of Barber razor, just maybe a different hilt color, been a bit since I’ve seen it but its used to cut a girls wrists in a bathtub after she’s been strangled so I know what it is just not the exaxt model
>>11245643Otherwise known as a straight razor
>>11245713I call em barber razors, almost asked about how you would switch out a hand but them I remembered they are simple pegs. Also comb of death and maybe a gun
I don't generally follow drops that closely, what's usually the lag time between when something goes up on NECA's site to be ordered and when we start seeing it at brick and mortar stores? Like they just dropped Krampus yesterday, when do we expect it to start hitting shelves?
>>11244945Granted I'm a huge Krampus fan but I don't really lay the blame for KotM at Dougherty's feet. The layman being unable to appreciate what Gareth Edwards was going for with his Godzilla led to what was clearly a studio mandated course correction.
>>11245802It varies, but I'd say...probably close to a month or two? I got my Romulus stuff end of October, and Target didn't get it on their sit until end of November here.
Looks like we’re getting big bird and Cookie Monster head knockers, hopefully we’ll see these in ultimates form so we’ll have the real Sesame Street main characters. Elmo hopefully isn’t too far behind.
>>11245867The real Sesame Street main characters are Bert and Ernie and the Count. Which we're getting. Elmo can fuck right off.
>>11245877Nobody thinks of Bert and Ernie first when they think of Sesame Street
>>11245883They absolutely do
>>11245810I still hate KOTM, and I feel of any financial failures in Godzilla’s run, it was the most deserved. Still bizarre the deathcult its rung
>>11245908What the fuck is with you and this "death cult" bullshit? The movie was good, and people like it.
>>11245810Gareth Edwards was an idiot. If you want to do a human pov to kaiju fighting then do that. Don't waste time cockteasing then blue balling.
>>11245913The issue is how many people liked it and how seemingly impenetrable the anti-criticism field is around it, like people straight up got canceled basically for not liking it, whole situation is fubar>>11245923He kept on kaiju shots longer than KOTM and at least had visibility enabled. Skull Island is still the best MV film
Rock and Roll ALF is dumb. I like him a lot.
>>11245923The only people who hate his Godzilla think the movies are supposed to be a child smashing kaiju toys together. Minus One, Shin and 2014 are the only movies to even attempt to be true to the original and Edwards still delivers the best kaiju fight of the American franchise
>>11245957Yeah he was the best godzilla film in the MV but Skull Island is the best movie in there
>>11245947The fuck are you talking about. Canceling is barely a real thing let alone in relation to fucking Godzilla. KotM is widely considered the worst of the films
>>11245972Mainly talking about the in fandom and twitter cult it has, you’re lucky enough to not be aware of that it seems but yeah it is the worst, I’ve just seen so many shitbreathers come out of the woodworks to defend it to their dying breath that I’ve grown a fait bit of distain for it, anyways that Neca toy pic I promised a thread or two back for on topic posting
>>11245978Fuck, hate it when I forget to attach the image
>>11245957There are two ways to do Godzilla. Deadly serious like '54, Shin and Minus One, or wacky monster fighting like 90% of the sequels. I like both styles. They both serve a purpose. KotM biggest problem was that it was fucking boring. It had some beautiful shots in it, but I was so fucking bored whenever the humans were wasting my time. Even if I got bait and switched with Cranston's death in 2014, Taylor Johnson still carried the movie well enough. But I couldn't tell you a single fucking thing any of the humans did in KotM except for Charles Dance.
>>11245957We can do serious Godzilla about Godzilla. But 2014 promised monster fights & horror only to blueball the audience for both. Even Bryan Cranston was bait just to draw in an audience. No one likes a contrarian. Why the fuck is this being talked about in the fucking NECA thread?!
>>11246090Sorry you're a brainlet who watches trailers
>>11246087It was boring, and physically dark, as in hard to see shit and not in a good way, also doesn’t help that its models look straight up worse than the Monster Hunter Movie which had WAY less budget, overall it was an embarrassment
>>11244030>What’s Vincent Price actually known for?I keep having to remind myself that 4chan is populated by zoomers.
>>11244030He was in house of wax with Paris Hilton
>>11244026>>11244027Wanted to get Vincent but it seems like he's not being sold in the UK, just like the Tookny Terror, gonna have to find a way to import him
>>11245867Who are these for? Women? People with children?I don't hate them but at the same time I can't imagine buying toys or bobble heads of a literal toddler show.I guess bobble head collectors? It wouldn't be weird if you had them with a dozen other bobble heads I guess.
>>11246281There are a lot of Sesame Street collectors, they'll buy them. People that want a fun character on their desk at work will buy them. Sesame Street has touched multiple generations.
>>11246295Very true. I hope they show off more Sesame Street ultimates soon, I’m passing on Bert and Ernie, definitely picking up The Count, but I’m hoping they do Cookie Monster or Elmo next.
>>11246281Wouldn't buy the shitty bobbleheads but I'm a puppet/muppet autist so the ultimates appeal to me. Kinda weird question to ask considering toy collecting is entirely a nostalgia thing
>>11246394If randulf has a hair on his ass he’ll make eureeka’s castle ultimate
>>11246559If randulf has a hair on his head he’ll make killer klown ultimate
>>11246392Cookie Monster and Grover would be great. Grover I want to see because I...think he's the only one Palisades managed to get out? It'd be nice to see NECA's take.
>>11246846Only if Grover comes with Super Grover alt parts.
>>11246600No chance>>11246501Enough chances to do the entire cast.
>>11246954Oh absolutely, and that feels like an easy inclusion too.
>>11247167Those parts will be included in the last ronin accessory pack
>>11247195That's nice dear
>>11245949Their soft goods have been really nice lately. I like that jean jacket.
One more drop today it seems
>>11248132Looks like it's some mystery boxes that they're running until Monday. Nothing super exciting if that's the drop. But, curious what would be inside the different themes.
>>11248278I mean it’s most likely gonna be stuff that didn’t sell well
>>11248312Not true
>>11248278What is the ratio of breaka item to non breaka item in each blind box or does it vary
>>11248346You should probably get some mental help before you say something else as stupid as that post you just made.
>>11248326It's literally what mystery boxes are for. You're not gonna get the newest hot rare toy from one. You're gonna get random products they have overstock of.
>>11248389yeah its basically a clearance sale, but trying to make it a "fun" thing, and increasing the chances of you buying multiples of shit you don't want. they really must be strapped for cash after the Donnie's Lab errors
Any older figs anybody would recc besides the tf2 ones?
Think their done with Gremlins?
>>11248700No, they have that anniversary box set coming out. They're still getting things out now and then it seems.>>11248559What're you looking for? Like, any specific interests?
>>11248705A bit of gaming maybe, but lesser known old horror, or maybe some of their more obscure kaiju picks
>>11248713Most of the older gaming stuff including the TF2 stuff is pretty affordable on the aftermarket nowadays.
>>11248716Post scanned item codes or still fresh? I once saw a fair few spies at a shop for random action figures including vintage stuff, or are there now no more on the physical store market now?
>>11248713So a lot of the old gaming stuff has been bootlegged pretty heavily, so watch where you get stuff from (no China, always ask questions and ask for lots of photos of the item). But, the Bulletstorm figure is fucking great, so are the Isaac Clarkes, and the Crysis figure.
>>11248722Necas are made in a bootleg factory, there’s no point in differentiating between the two they are the same they’re the same they are ONE
>>11244164Sasper
>>11248835>Sasperwho tf is that
>>11248722Also recommending Isaac, he's great.
>>11248722>>11248866That Isaac looks good, but the newer figma one just came out and is gonna be cheaper and more articulated. Unless you absolutely need it in 7 inch scale, I’d go for the Figma
>>11248389>You're gonna get random products they have overstock of.and with them being sold "as is" and not allowing any refunds, don't be shocked to get stuck with something broken. that would suck so bad. then you consider all the shit under the neca umbrella that it could include? no fucking way anybody but the most desperate consoomer buys into this.
>>11248913>don't be shocked to get stuck with something brokenSo, the same as a regular NECAstore purchase.
>>11248869There's also Dead Space 2 ones that are a different look from the figma.
>>11248913That isn't what that means, leave it to some dumbass like you to try to put your personal bullshit onto this.>>11248922Nope, now you're lying again.
>>11248555The Donnie Diorama Debacle of '24, the day that Neca died.
>>11249141Oh weird dude, cause they're still here and doing just fine.
>>11249141I've been calling it November 20th due to the historic nature of it
>>11249194Yeah. The day your ass got kicked in. Very historic.
>>11245947>>11245908>>11244945Some weird emotional takes for a monster flick tbqh
>>11249146A brief summary of how fine they are doing:>can't fulfil Donnie's Lab preorders due to warehouse incompetence>can't fulfil Baby Beetlejuice preorders due to warehouse incompetence>many customers who ordered Scorched Xeno and Romulus Accessory Pack received the Xeno, but a Friday 13th Accessory Pack instead due to warehouse incompetence>can't fulfil Friday 13th Accessory Pack preorders due to warehouse incompetence>won't reply to emails about unfulfilled First Turtle 2 Pack due to Customer Service Staff incompetence/indifference>won't reply to emails about unfulfilled Mirage Turtle 4 Pack due to Customer Service Staff incompetence/indifference>won't reply to emails about quality issues due to Customer Service Staff incompetence/indifference>took 2 months to realise how badly they fucked up with Donnie's Lab, and now expect customers that they have been ignoring emails from to drop everything because they sent an email>threaten customers in said email, resulting in community backlash and threats of boycotts>senior employee who is also one of the company's public faces is facing allegations of inappropriate interactions with minorsPic related is of Hillside, NJ at this moment.

>>11249276I simply just hate it, don’t mind me.
>>11249617Regardless of how you feel about it or not, it’s a PR disaster. It’s definitely a Streisand effect situation.

They really counted those mystery boxes as the final drop…? I would’ve saved something more exciting.
>>11250628I mean it's not a bad Christmas gift. Makes sense.
>>11250681I just personally don’t wanna get somebody a gacha game as a christmas gift, also speaking of gacha shame the gachapon general is dead since I liked looking at some of the stuff posted there
>>11250681>I can't decide what to get you for Christmas, so I'll just let the NECA warehouse workers that keep fucking up everyone's orders decide what you should get>Turns out I got you 10 Hocus Pocus Toony Terrors Sanderson Sisters 3-Packs. But it's the though that counts, right?
>>11250799No, sorry, that's not what would happen. Your crazy thoughts should stay to yourself.
>>11250804>the warehouse workers wouldn't be lazy or incompetent this time, because I said soTell that to the people still waiting for NECA to send them their Romulus accessory packs.
>>11250819I will.
randomly selected slop in damaged packaging is a terrible christmas gift. totally thoughtless.
>>11250862Not really. If you're a fan of the themes, it's pretty fucking great. Moreso if they're starting a collection. Packaging don't mean shit.
>>11250863>Packaging don't mean shit.to you

>>11250864To anyone who isn't a crazy person.
>>11250939neca themselves consider the packaging a selling point, you jackoff. even if they didn't, a damaged christmas gift that you didn't pick out yourself is not a good or thoughtful christmas gift.
>>11250967Bro, it's the trash around a toy. It does not matter. You're making up reasons to get upset.
>>11251012This. Unless it's an exclusive or something with insane packaging worth keeping, that's not worth saving. Give me the figure inside.
>>11251012>it's the trash around a toyNta, but there’s a lot of inbox collectors. Plus NECA makes a big deal when they reveal the packaging for products. I’m assuming you’re the same one who posted the Sesame Street packaging reveals only like a week ago and made a big deal about how much you liked them, but now you’re just calling it trash?
>>11251012>You're making up reasons to get upsetneca wouldn't consider the box a selling point and warn about the likelihood of damaged packaging if i was making up reasons.
>>11251068the motherfucker posts the packaging reveals in these threads himself. he has no consistent beliefs beyond "neca good."
>>11251068Are you insane or something? You can like the art on something, but it's still going in the trash after you get the toy out.
>>11251068Those in box collectors don't buy grab bags, you're trying to make a case for something that doesn't exist. Do something more productive with your autism.
>>11251421>Those in box collectors don't buy grab bagswell yeah, because they fill them up with damaged boxes
>>11251723Do you have a point or are you just shitposting?
>>11251732Oh he's all shitposts. Not a clever thought in that pea brain.
The Jack and David 2-pack is pretty basic as far as figures go, but damn do they have great likenesses and detail. I feel like the bodies could be good for customizers too. The jackets slip off once you pop the arms and heads out of the sockets.
>>11252059I think the only thing more the set needed would be some gesturing hands. But that's pretty forgivable. Sure as hell never expected to get a Jack, let alone David like this in the first place.
>>11252059>>11252061Some swappable clean pants for Jack would’ve been nice
>>11252067Eh, not really needed. It's not like they're as bloody and damaged as the coat. What he has is perfectly natural for the regular look.
>>11252069I suppose that’s true, I don’t remember if we saw David’s hands when he makes that scary face, but maybe a pair of hands to match that skin tone would’ve been nice
>>11252074Yeah, some blueish hands would work for him, agreed.
>>11252059>>11252061Wish Target would restock already
>>11252074That face for David was from one of his nightmares when he was in hospital. I can't remember if he was ever shown with that face while in his regular clothes.https://youtu.be/qJDl23Vnf14
>>11252132Don't think he was... just makes for a fun inclusion I guess.
Oh, well I got some more toys to open tonight...
>>11252741Is that the naughty or nice Santa? Didn’t realize it was more 7 inch.
>>11252902It is indeed. Fits in really well with Marvel Legends too.
>>11252946I am surprised. Not that the warehouse shipped the wrong mystery box, but that it isn't filled with Toony Terrors and Lootcrate garbage. That's some good stuff. Shame it's not what he paid for, but anyone expecting the warehouse to get anything right at this point is pissing into the wind.
Boy these come with a lot of accessories. Complete surprise that these showed up, but I'm so happy with them. The Jacks might be 90% new if not all new? They've got ankle rockers! Sally's got the new style ball hips. Jack's got ball hips, and I can't remember if the originals were that same setup... My originals are all packed up.
>>11252978Everything moves well, Santa Jack is a liiiittle more loose than regular Jack, but you can still pose them all wiley. Balance gets more difficult, which makes sense given the wirey design.
>>11252980Jack has all the heads, Sally gets faceplates. And they swap really easily. I would love if they just keep throwing in more heads and faceplates as the line continues (I hope, I hope).
>>11252983
>>11252985I really do think I'll end up with another Jack just to be able to display another head every now and then. I love that they gave both Jacks a bunch of hands too.
>>11252990Santa Jack is a little more futzy to swap the heads with because when you swap the heads, you have to pop the hat off (it's ball jointed! Allows for some tilt in different directions) and unpeg the beard and put them on the new head, etc etc. We really need a Sandy Claws now. This line's great, I expected simple updated figures and it seems they went all out.
>>11252983>>11252985I like Sally, I'll pick her up. I have no idea why but i have absolute Jack Skellington fatigue. Tired of seeing him lol. I was thinking he's a bit too merchandised compared to everyone else, but im not too sure if that's actually true.
>>11252946>>11252959Doubt they'll respond quickly to any emails over this shipping error.
>>11252946Well, well, well where’s the person who said they’d come with discounted stuff or damaged boxes? That aged like milk.>>11253325Considering they got some pretty cool stuff, I wouldn’t complain.
>>11253328>order something >get sent the wrong item>at least they got something You really do have no standards.
>>11253331They got well above what they paid for it. If they like those properties, they win. If they don’t, they can sell them and make more than what they paid. It’s a win-win situation.
>>11253328Seriously, I'm wishing I bought a box now. I want like, most of what's there.
>>11253341Are they sold out already? I think that picture convinced me to order one.
>>11253354Looks like only the tmnt set is unlisted (of course). Fuck it, I may roll the dice.
>>11253357I’m curious what the sci-fi/fantasy box would entail, I can only really think of alien/predator stuff I guess maybe DnD stuff too
>>11253328>where’s the person who said they’d come damaged boxes?that would be neca themselves on the product page
>>11253406No, they just warned that it could happen, and then you decided to shitpost about it for two days.
>>11253335If NECA refuse to fix this, customers can also chargeback NECA for not sending them what they ordered, so it really is a win-win situation for them. I would be doing that if I ordered Turts and got a bunch of horror shit.
>>11253631Yeah, we know you exist only to be a shitbag customer. You're not impressing anyone.
>>11253633Customer ADVOCATE. I wouldn't buy from Necastore until they stop being incompetent shitbags.
>>11243288Bros is Neca really gonna sue me…
>>11253739Get fucked you pathetic loser
>>11252990Those alt heads are amazing
>>11252946Garbage that every Walmart has collecting dust.
>>11253908That’s not even true.
>>11253908Yeah, no.
>>11253911>>11253914I sense NECA has moderators embedded on this forum.
>>11253767>pathetic loserI'm not the pathetic loser advocating flipping shit on eBay because of a company's constant shitfuckery. So let me get this straight, you expect people to put in more effort to flip this shit than the fucking order picker put in to deliver what the customer paid for, but anyone that flips an extra diorama they received is immoral? Is flipping unordered goods immoral or not? Please make up your mind.
>>11253908no, >>11253911 and >>11253914 are right. it's collecting dust at targets because walmart already put it all on clearance months ago.
>>11253937And that’s why most have sold out? Everyone saw what people were getting and rushed to get them. Only the pop culture and sci fi/fantasy ones are still available. They’re an amazing deal honestly.
>>11253939>most have sold out>Only the pop culture and sci fi/fantasy ones are still available>2 of 4>mostYou really don't know what words mean.
>>11253946And you’re moving the goalpost. The point is that people do want these.
>>11253948People like bargains and free shit. People got injected with mystery juice for a free donut 4 years ago.And I'm not moving goalposts, because I am not the anon that claimed that it is stock that is collecting dust at Targets. I am just pointing out your bad maths/incorrect claim while I wait for you to answer my question. Is flipping unordered goods immoral or not?
>>11253952>unordered goodsExcept they did order them, regardless of whether the theme was correct or not, they paid for it. Those people didn’t pay for the extra labs.
>>11253930I highly recommend you go outside and rethink your life if you "sense" that.
>>11253957>Except they did order them, regardless of whether the theme was correct or not, they paid for it.>these items a customer didn't order are items they did orderHoly fuck. The leaps in logic you have made to reach this conclusion are astounding. No, that is not how it works. If you ordered and paid for a Turtle box, and your invoice says you ordered and paid for a Turtle box, then the Horror box and its contents is an unordered item.I was going to reiterate the question because you still refused to answer it, but considering your response, I realise that no matter what, you will always take the company's side.>NECA sends wrong Mystery Box>"Just flip it to fix the company's mistake.">NECA sends extra Donnie's Lab>"Noooo, you can't flip it, or you are a thief and immoral and NECA will sue you."NECA should add their new policies to their site that state "We do not warrant that the goods you order will actually be the ones you receive" and "As long as you receive goods of equal or lesser value than what you order, we will not pursue criminal action."
>>11254010It’s a mystery box, the whole point is you don’t know what it’s going to contain.>NECA should add their new policies to their site that state "We do not warrant that the goods you order will actually be the ones you receive" and "As long as you receive goods of equal or lesser value than what you order, we will not pursue criminal action."Good idea.
>>11254013>It’s a mystery box, the whole point is you don’t know what it’s going to containYes, but they were still themed. You know, Iike Lootcrate. You don't subscribe to the Horror Lootcrate and then just accept it when you get the Pickle Rick Lootcrate instead.
>>11253931Well made point. I think the bank reversing the charges to Neca AND flipping the product on ebay is the right course of action. It's only fair. Neca can get fucked.
>>11253742If they do, everyone can band together for a class action.
>>11253957>Except they did order them, regardless of whether the theme was correct or notif you got the wrong item, then no, it is not what you ordered. you are so fucking pathetic.
>>11254064Yeah. Send them an email demanding the correct items and a free return shipping address label and warn them if they fail to comply they may be banned from selling to you and the charges of the unordered item reversed without return of product.
>>11254092That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.
Oh boy, more off topic bullshit.
TMNT box
>>11254456Horror box
>>11254456>>11254457Hell, there's a lot of really good stuff in there.
>>11254456>>11254457shelfwarmers as expected, though I guess it’s not a bad deal for what it is
>>11254599Please show me the shelf warmers, because none of those those are.
>>11254457Nice. Which Puppet Master set did you get? I still need the Pinhead/Tunneler set.
>>11254456>>11254457Well shit, not bad at all. The Frankenstein accessory set is a nice win there.
Sci fi/fantasy box
>>11254759Fuck, that's actually really good. I'm always happy to add more xenos to the hive.
>>11254181Just because you don't like it doesn't make it off topic.
>>11255059It is entirely off topic. It has nothing to do with toys, it's second hand gossip and bitching.
>>11255064you can't get more on-topic than talking about neca in the neca thread. you need your head examined.
>>11255064Talking about how NECAstore usually ship the wrong toys IS talking about toys. It is on topic, especially since you like to tell anons when shit gets put up on the NECAstore.
>>11255165No, it's not on topic. It's entirely you shitposting.
>>11254665lol
>>11255315I accept your concession.
>>11255318And I accept that you have deep seated issues that you dedicate so much of your free time to shill for a company that doesn’t pay you.
>>11255322The people on this board don't know how to discuss anything.
>>11254456can I get a rundown of the figures in here?
>>11255473See >>11254983
Bought a box, there's some good stuff in there, not gonna miss out on that.
I don't really understand the blind box phenomenon. Normally if you like a figure, you go after that specific figure. Ordering by generality and getting a bunch of random figures under that seems like a recipe for getting a bunch of figures you don't want
>>11255822It's gatcha without the machine.
>>11255822If you don’t own a lot of figures or recent ones and you love one of the themes in general, it’s not a bad buy really.
>>11255822People like surprises, the box also provides a really good deal on a bunch of figures. So you'll get stuff you may not've outright bought. It's just a dumb fun thing. If you buy literally everything, then yeah, you're not going to want to buy a mystery box like that.
Did anyone that ordered the NOES furnace and accessories set even get their items? I saw people that ordered it with the F13th reissue set and multiple people only received the F13th set but their emails said all items shipped when the Neca website explicitly states orders wont ship without all items in stock. At this point I don't imagine I'll ever see those things I payed for. What a fucking mess.
>>11256519I’m pretty sure the nightmare on elm street isn’t even out yet, it’s coming out either later this month or in the next few months. You’ll get it.
>>11256530>You’ll get it.what makes you so sure?
>>11256599What makes you so sure you won’t?
>>11256614i haven't said either way. i'm asking why you think it's so certain.
>>11255192No, it's not shit posting. It is entirely on topic.
>>11256648I mean there’s no reason to imagine they won’t, the nightmare sets aren’t out yet and we’re delayed. They probably just separated the orders for shipping instead of making you wait longer. They’ll ship them to you when they come out.
>>11254759Hm a lot of Gargoyle's stuff in there
>>11256700Have to get rid of those shelf warmers somehow.
>>11256715Aren’t you the same person who keeps asking where the gargoyle reveals are?
>>11256717No, that's me. But the way the line is going, I will probably be in an old folks home before we ever complete another clan. I know. It's Disney's fault.
>>11256650>I mean there’s no reason to imagine they won’texcept the people who never got their labs or beetlejuice dolls, right?
>>11256739Gottem! XD
>>11256730I don't think it's a coincidence that there was no NYCC announcement and we are now seeing NECA dump their inventory
>>11256863They aren't even dumping inventory.
>>11256863Nearly every character except Xanatos, Bronx, and Lexington (who just got restocked) is on sale at BBTS too, so I wouldn't be surprised.
>>11256879You'd be plenty wrong then.
>>11256911You must be confusing me for the anon that boldly proclaimed that we would be seeing new Gargoyles at NYCC.
>>11256932>boldly proclaimedYou mean passing along information that was said at SDCC? God damn you're stupid.
>>11256935Where's the NYCC announcement?
>>11256935You probably shouldn't pass along outdated information then.
>>11256935Yep, that's what was mentioned at the con when asked about Gargoyles. Anyone trying to give anyone shit about that of all things must have serious issues going on in their lives.
>>11256941Anons that need to samefag their posts are the ones with real issues.
>>11256946Anons that think people are samefagging are the ones with real issues.
>>11256954That's a real paranoid psycho type take there broski. Good luck with that.
I still want more razors, also what scale would rope be needing to be to scale with Neca? Like the brown classic type rope
>>11256935>You mean passing along misinformation and lies that were said at SDCC?fixed it for you lil buddy
>>11257301No, no, you didn't fix anything, you just decided to shitpost is all. What a weird move for you to make.
>>11253930No shit. They get paid in gift cards. We verified this years ago.
>>11257568No, you lied and made up a story that you keep trying to run with, even though it's completely asinine.
>>11257568>verifiedIs that what you call it when you dig in your ass?
>>11257184NECA is about 1/10. Now, I'm guessing since you are the straight edge razor anon and mentioned something that sounded kind of serial killer-ish in a previous thread, you want to use the rope for figure nooses or tying up victims. Hangman's rope varied, but I've seen 16-19mm diameter be given as examples (rope is usually measured by circumference and in inches, so all the work has already been done for you.) That would make the rope/string you need measure 1.6-1.9mm thick. Personally, I think you would be able to get away with upto 2mm thick.
>>11257649Righty, thanks
>>11256519It hasn't shipped yet, just be chill for a bit. Lotta stuff got pushed back on shipping while they get their stuff untangled.
>>11256874Did they do mystery boxes last year?
>>11259207They do them all the time in different ways. Target gets a ton of those mystery bags.
>>11259226'Bags' doesn't sound like its 120 bucks with 500 bucks worth of merchandise though. Thats quite a lot.
>>11259226>>11259245Yeah the mystery bags at target were usually lootcrate type stuff, the mystery box from the NECAstore was actually pretty solid.
