Oracle, and Steel also appear in that coloring book but I don't think they had armors. Blue Beetle was released without armor, and others appeared in the JLA line that replaced it but I don't think we've ever seen the prototypes and art featuring the unmade figures. I guess no one went full Total Justice autist the way Toyotter went full Super Powers autist so this stuff was just never uncovered.

It was one of the reasons the series was cancelled. The action figures were expensive to implement, and Kenner's insistence that each figure had a unique mold and there be no visible pegs made the line unprofitable despite strong sales. Total Justice, similarly, was mostly unique molds in the first 4 waves but the rebranded JLA waves reused a lot of parts. Superman's body was used for like a third of the line.

Plus the the plastic feels thicker and less brittle. Unfortunately, Wal-Mart seems to have stopped carrying them. So you're going to have a harder time to find them at Target or some drug stores.

Also pegs were clogged with unpopular characters and if someone wasn't willing to buy them you'd be lucky to even get newer waves.
