>>11568590Somewhat related, I say a youtube video of all the figures you could get of other characters in that game. Lot of baf stuff.
>>11568617They won't ever go that deep
>>11568590I'm really overwhelmed with all these releases
>>11568618A lot of them are already out. The main ones, anyway like white suit Kingpin and some obscure stuff like Bonebreaker and Pretty Boy.
>>11568618Pretty Boy, Bonebreaker, white suit Kingpin, Jigsaw and Bushwacker exist. Fill out the rest with generic thugs and robots.
AnthonysCustoms won
>>11568630Forgot about Dum-Dum Dugan.
>>11568630Damn, I just realized I had like half of them already lol. Almost makes me want to pick up the 2 pack even though I already am happy with the ML Punisher, and have the Mafex on order, and prefer the latest Nick Fury from the 3 pack.
Been having a lot of homosexual thoughts lately do to my meth use and it’s made me realize collecting a bunch of action figures of ripped dudes was a manifestation of deeply repressed homosexuality. I don’t think I am gay but it’s made me realize collecting action figures is.
>>11568590The background almost straight lifted from the game which they don't have the rights to is a bit too cheeky and in poor taste, imo. Some parts have been altered, but most appear to be the same, down to single pixels.
>>11568503 I can't find it, either. Closest thing was the "unleashed" Venom
>>11568590I'm really underwhelmed with all these releases
Does anyone know what head would work best for a Lord Mar-Vell head? Basically just a Maskless Mar-Vell, but I just want to throw him on a Vulcan body and he can be my stand-in.
>>11568710Then you suck
>>11568767it's 90% reissues with new deco.
>>11568693Wait, they did this without the rights?>>11568738Stick with me here.... Arcade.
>>11568773They're doing this pack and the Marvel Vs Capcom figures without a license from Capcom, because they only need the license of the Marvel characters from Marvel. They keep refering to them as "the arcade games" and similar expressions, under a generic Gamerverse tag without ever mentioning the names of the games or Capcom. They just imitate the portraits, the training stage background... and I assumed that they weren't actual assets from the games, but I just compared this background to the original and it's mostly ripped pixel by pixel with some minor changes, which I guess it's ok since Capcom surely has better things to do than making an issue about it.
>>11568773Hmm. Going to try it on both bodies. Might work. Other one I thought of was Adam Warlock without the guyliner, but I still need his head.
>>11568791>since Capcom surely has better things to do than making an issue about it.Maybe... do they just rely on Monster Hunter nowadays pretty much? Still feels kinda scummy, like those bootleg companies selling "Man Dressed as a Bat" figures.
>>11568799Warlock might look better, you'd need to paint the eyes anyways. I guess it depends what kinda expression you want.
will we get Barracuda next?
>>11568801>Caring about multi-million dollar companies hurting each other's feelings
>>11568813Hey, it matters to the consoomer because the figures could be pulled from shelves if Capcom sues, making them hard to find or expensive. Once something is pulled due to legal issues it becomes a “limited edition” by accident. Scalpers jump in, prices on the secondhand market inflate fast, honest fans get priced out. Imagine a figure that by all rights should cost $25 suddenly costing $200+. If Capcom feels burned by unlicensed use of their IP they may refuse future deals with Marvel or Hasbro. This could block official figures of Mega Man, Street Fighter, etc. in the future. That's why this matters.
>have five figures and a 2 pack coming in today. >Another two on Tuesday>Still too depressed and can't motivate myself to even care about opening them Hello darkness my old friend
>>11568856Get into action figure photography. Do something creative with the shit you buy.
>>11568859I do usually, but I've been so depressed and unmotivated that I can barely even bother opening my toys let alone actually taking pics with them. I've just got some shit going on, I whined in the last thread if you want the long version.
>>11568856Open one thing a day and enjoy it. Don't open tons of stuff at once.
Another day of me hoping they make Man-Spider as a Marvels Legends. I think that is the last 'must have' Spider-Man figure, besides them releasing a 'perfect' Venom figure. Every Venom released figure has something slightly off about them, yet they get closer and closer each time.>>11568856You can do what I did:>open them all at once when you have time>realize you are hoarding toys>urge to sell/get rid of stuff to make room for the stuff you care about mostI'm about to go through another purge/sweep. It is good for my soul and reminds me of how foolish I am with how much I purchase. Also good to go through your pre-orders and cancel stuff you don't feel as strongly about anymore.
>>11568906I kinda wanna get rid of my MCU collection, it's just in tubs in a closet not being displayed. I used to really enjoy it back when I built it up pre-2020. But, I don't really care anymore, I may just get rid of all but my faves. My comic themed stuff though, I still love, I'm just too unmotivated to do literally anything, can't even bring myself to focus on playing vidya.
What a nice Spider-man
>>11568908Care to post a short version of what you posted last time?
>>11568909Legs look shrimpy and undefined, like they slapped it on from a totally different figure.
>>11568909Looks awful. Looks like Super7 shat it out.
>>11568912Just health problems, family stuff (more health related shit), my dog passing away and general loneliness. Feelsbad.jpg. I did at least work up the motivation to open up the Iron Man/Mandarin set. I was curious to see what changed they made on Extremis Iron Man, since that's my favorite suit after the classic. Not only did they give him better colors, imo, but they added a bit more articulation than I thought they would. They added an an crunch, butterfly joints, and made his neck a separate piece so he gets pretty insane range now.
>>11568968The new one can actually pull off a decent looking superhero landing which is kind of a first for a Hasbro Iron Man. They've always come kinda close but never could quite nail it otherwise. The added articulation really helps. I can see them doing something similar with whatever suit they choose for a Maximum Iron Man.
>>11568913But that's how his character model looked in spider-verse.
>>11568970And then here's Mandarin. Kinda boring tbqh, even though he's technically accurate to pair with this Iron Man, since they were both in Fraction's run. Still, not terrible, glad to finally have him.
>>11568970Didn't they show the original could do it or was that a hasbro photoshop?
>>11568968Sorry to hear that, anon. Honestly. You don’t have to force it. Maybe just leave them in the box for now. They’ll still be there when you’re ready. Even just opening one and sitting with it for a minute and posing it might help but if not that’s okay too. There’s no pressure to "perform" there. At the end of the day it's just plastic. Think of them sitting in the box as a reminder that your interest is still there. It's just kinda quiet right now.Big tasks (like opening a ton of action figures) feel impossible when your brain is heavy. Break stuff down into smaller tasks. Find or create one thing to look forward to. A figure to open, a new action figure project, a new tv show, whatever. Try to stick to some sort of routine, however small. Brushing your teeth, drinking a certain amount of water, something small. Depression says “you’ll do the thing once you feel okay” but it’s DOING the thing that moves you toward feeling okay.
>>11568996PIcrel is what Hasbro did and you can get it pretty damn close to this, but you can only get the head up properly in this exact pose, whereas the new one can be altered a bit without it being exactly like this.
>>11568996It was just an angle trick, instagram photographers do it all the time
>>11568981Which base body did they use for Mandarin? Seems to have been given pinless tech now.
>>11568970I cane they added an ab crunch and even a double neck, but does it have butterfly joints as well or am I imagining things?
>>11568913Its how he looked in the animated movie it is from, Normal human proportions count for nothing.>>11568972Exactly
>>11569011*I can see
>>11569011Why don't you read the other post
>>11569011Yes they did add butterflies. They're nice. >>11569009Not sure. It's definitely not one of the old suits, and it isn't the Happy Hogan one. Matt Murdock maybe? I don't have him. >>11568999Thanks anon. I'm just taking it one day at a time. I have a nice backlog of stuff from this past year that I need to work on too, it just keeps growing. >Try to stick to some sort of routine, however smallI'm actually pretty autistic about keeping to a schedule throughout my day. Shower at a specific time, eat lunch and dinner at specific times, stuff like that. I don't have a problem with stuff like that, it's just doing something beyond getting out of bed and just doomscrolling, which I know doesn't help at all. This past year has just been rough and it's exhausting.
>>11569031Oof somehow completely missed that, my bad.>>11569034Thanks for the info and pics anon. I'm excited to get my set in even more now. Kind of a weird ask but how useful are the butterfly joints on Iron Man? Like how far can he cross his arms compared to pic-related and if they can move further inwards to the chest?
>>11569044He can't really cross his arms that much further than four picture but he can bring his arms a lot closer to the chest.
>>11569047Thanks anon, that's exactly what I wanted to know.
>>11568805Warlock worked really well actually but I don't want to lose his head because I really like Adam Warlock. Now I gotta find a cheaper way to get a second one.
I hate ratchet joints.
>>11569056I hate ratchet joints when used with gummy plastic. I've had some Hasbro figures just sheer right off by the shoulder because the soft plastic they used for the shoulder peg couldn't withstand the ratcheted indents of the hard plastic socket and it would just lock the peg to the point where twisting the shoulder inevitably leads to breakage. While I've seen them use it on other figures before, predominantly they keep using this engineering on a lot of their recent Iron Men for some reason.
>>11569056Ratchets are very satisfying and durable when done properly on large and heavy toys. But there's not much reason to put them on a 1/12 human.
>>11569056Ratched joints are a reason I like early Revoltech.
>>11568503>>11568700It's this 6 inch venom with a head from the marvel legends comic sandman wave venom
>>11568810My n****. If only.
>>11569104It's still funny to me that they made a completely different design for Venom solely for merchandising and promotional material and absolutely none of the toys matched his in-movie design
>>11569115If nothing else, it made for a pretty cool toy. I still have that figure and I'm pretty fond of it as a movie Venom with comic proportions.
Puck wave Emma is the lewdest. You know you want that version.
>>11568633lil pussy shadowbanned me for questioning his religious stuff.
>>11569157Why are you questioning religious beliefs of a toy reviewer? Don't you have anything better to do?
Soon he will be mine.
Deathbird seems like a wild figure
>>11569247Cheers anon
>>11569034Are they butterflies or ball joints? Can they shift up and down like the new wolverine?
>>11569339Butterflies
>>11568970It really isn't enough upgrade and ugly gold plastic to justify the purchase for me
So I stumbled upon a 'recommended' figure released awhile ago, no real interest in it due to being a game look but I'm curious, why do you think Amazon is so bad now that third party scalpers on their site price Marvel Legends figures lower than Amazon itself now?
>>11568968Something bothers me about Extremis, but I don't know what. It isn't just the glowing eyes since that is something they do all the time.
>>11569441I'm hoping they update the Model 20 mold and do something similar, giving it better articulation and then redoing it as the Pentagon Suit.
>>11569228because being religious is inherently stupid. i'd also question someone eating dog shit.
>>11569483Oh you're an edgy retard.
>>11569483So no, you didn't. Lord be with you.
>>11569104The best part of having lots of Venoms is having lots of heads to swap.
>>11569503Not the place for this my guy. Have a blessed day.
>>11569506>I have no logical response.
>>11568738What about Quasar?Bonus: you get the cape/mantle as well, which should be a good foundation for Cancerverse Mar-Vell cloak
>>11569110Go back faggot
>>11568968An idea is you could modify and customizing your figures like this person does:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jDYGkmHI30Just throwing that out there as an idea. Hope your situation gets better anon and you can enjoy your figures!>>11568970Oh wow thats a big upgrade!
>>11569555But all he can do is crouch and bend his head up more
>>11569554I'm quoting 'Cuda, fake fan.
>>11569526That headsculpt...almost looks like Todd Howard.
>>11569592And those points of articulation are pretty critical when trying to get him in his iconic pose.
The Target preorders sold out. When will the cancelations begin?
I was originally going to skip Cable but I ended up getting him and honestly I don't know which version I prefer. I'm inclined to lean towards the comic design but the 97 figure looks pretty damn good. I also don't have an issue with mixing and matching 97 figures with comic ones. The differing styles don't bug me really. I think I'm going to swap to 97 Nate as my shelf Cable. Which do you think looks better?
>>11569868I'm a bit biased for realism. For an X-men 97 shelf, sure he works, but I couldn't see him as a comic shelf Cable. Especially given the gritty future Cable is from. His colors just look a bit too 'clean' and 'flat' due to the comic style.
>>11569526Looks like Robert Redford.
>>11569868I hate how the new X97 figs are looking like the hasbro fortnite figures. Wave 1 was great, reuse the updated pinless bods and just give them animate heads.
>>11569247Is the 1.5 reissue soon?
>You are now aware of the fact that this Iron Man, too, is Gamerverse
>>11569999Awww shieeet
Maximum Deadpool review https://youtu.be/EnMCJthZQYw?si=w9JzL80zQgZaSQDv
>>11569999 #>this is probably maximum Thor to line up with gamerverse
>>11570197God I can only hope. I've been dying for a new version of this costume. >>11569999I mean, by that logic, astonishing Wolverine is Gamerverse. So is Maximum Spider Man. Or 20th Captain America. Considering, until the last decade or so, these characters didn't really get unique looks for their various video game appearances. The reason Iron Man was using his Extremis armor or Logan was wearing his Astonishing uniform was because that was just their default looks at the time MvC3 released. It wasn't until the 2010s that the characters got shitty redesigns for their various games. Probably something to do with the fact that the MCU updated costumes for every new movie so they could milk merch sales. It works too, look how many of you simp over those absolutely horrendous Rivals redesigns.
Just got this with a broken joint any ideas on how to fix? Thxs!
>>11569104Thank you.The dude is selling it at $35, should I go for it?
threezero DLX Spider-Man 2not a fan of the basketball texture but for an insomniac spider-man i don't mind terribly
>>11570311It’s 1/6
>>11569443>then redoing it as the Pentagon SuitYep. That's what I'm waiting for.
>>11570320>The DLX Spider-Man Advanced Suit 2.0 (Peter Parker) stands about 15.5 cm tall
>>11570170Received for free?
>>11570354Does it matter?
>>11570332>>11570311Scale on these kinda sucks for mixing. they don't really work with anything.
>>11570450For a review, absolutely.
>>11570472Would you care to elaborate as to why? Personally, I don't watch a review for some mouth breather's subjective opinion on whether or not he likes a toy. I watch a review to see the toy in hand, see what accessories it comes with, it's range of movement, if there are any glaring QC issues, so on and so forth. All objective facts about the figure. I don't care if Robo absolutely loves the next Star Wars Black Series figure or if Anthony has a melty because he doesn't like the proportions of the latest Marvel Legends. And you shouldn't either. Watch reviews for their objective facts and not the reviewers own subjective opinion. Everyone has a different opinion, I don't see why you guys get your tightie whities in a bunch just because some dweeb with a YouTube channel has a different opinion than you. As long as they're properly showing off the figure, what comes with it, it's range of motion, any QC issues, and anything else along those lines, the rest literally doesn't matter.Stop being so dependent on what others think and try to use the information provided to you to form your own opinion. I know it's hard for the little autists in these threads, but I have faith you societal rejects can at least figure this out.
>>11570482You realize people who receive the figure free can hide flaws by only quickly rushing over articulation, or showing it at angles that hide flaws, not mentioning loose joints and manipulating the joints as if they work fine, using lighting tricks to hide miscolored plastic, not giving measurements to assure proper scaling, using retakes to hide figures falling over, tilting the figure during articulation to make it difficult to gauge whether range is proper or not and any number of other tricks to obscure objective facts about the figure. They are irrevocably biased and tainted by receiving the figure for free because they want to keep receiving figures for free and will do anything to continue doing so.
>>11570496You're right anon, everything is just one big fucking conspiracy. Take your fucking meds, and watch several different videos of a figure if you're that fucking paranoid about it, holy shit.
>>11570504>>humans like free stuff>WHOA STOP WITH THE CONSPIRACIES THERE JUNIOR
>>11570504They should just not lie and hide flaws in videos :)
>>11570508This isn't even an oversimplification of what I said. You guys argue like shit.>>11570509Name me five videos where they intentionally obfuscate flaws in a figure. I'll wait patiently as you find a handful of literal who channels with less than 500 subs.
>>11570504>>11570508>>11570509NTA and OTOH, I agree that reviewers who get shit for free want to continue to get shit for free; it's different than the people who post reviews on sites, like Crapazom, where it states "incentivized review" or similar. That said, any buyer who looks at shit like YT or worse, TikTok reviews to help them decide on a product, especially anything only ordered on-line where returns or exchanges would be a hassle or difficult, and wouldn't rely on multiple reviews, is an idiot. If I'm looking at reviews, I look at multiple reviewers, even shitty ones that have few views/subscribers, even if I am scrubbing through some of them. I don't, for example, need to have any of them show me barcodes or fucking boxes and can FFWD to the open figure. The rest of you are being stupid imbeciles who probably don't actually buy toys and just being contrary assholes.
>>11570523This is basically all I was saying. Just watch some reviews to form your own opinions. Not sure why you guys had to sperg out about how everything is a big lie to trh and get you to buy a bad toy.
>I NEED AnthonyCumstains to tell me if a toy is good!Embarrassing
>>11570512The real reviews don't come out until someone pays for the figure. Watching multiple shill reviews won't make them not shills.
So she really did sell out after all. Same with Mystique. They just ordered enough for them to last days instead of seconds. I can't believe Target didn't just order 200 copies.
>>11570601Nice non-argyment I guess.
are sentinel and mafex the top 2 1/12 scale atm?
>>11570644Lpzz and Inart are rising
>>11570617Yet she’ll still peg warm
>>11570742Doubtful. The Jean pegwarmed due to boot inaccuracy. Sexy female figures sell at Target, that is why they request them.
I buy many Marvel Legends, comrades. I want to know, why are all the female feet and hands the same. Why can they not change up the sculpts?
>>11570766Savage Land Charles also pegwarmed when he finally came out two months after his release date, but he did pegwarm and was able to be gotten for $16 at one point. Same with Jean. Seems like these X-Men figs get plenty of stock when they get released. My Target still has a couple Jeans. Not sure why Psylocke and Thanos had like zero stock.
>>11570784It's been eons since a good Psylocke. No one is getting that two pack for Thanos.
>>11570787Agreed but it was still highly short packed when compared to the Retro X-Men stuff. Granted it's a 2 pack and a different subline, but still.
>>11570766Black figures pegwarm. Blade is the only exception when it comes to marvel.
>>11570806War Machine and Storm sell I'd wager. It's the characters nobody knows or cares about that pegwarm.
>>11570815>It's the characters nobody knows or cares about that pegwarm. And yet here I am years later still looking for a Power Princess.
>>11570817People only wanted her since she could work as a decent Wonder Woman stand in for your Mafex collection.
>>11570815War Machine pegwarms because the design is kinda bland.
>>11570784You forget Warbird already. She sure as hell was not plentiful.
>>11570903Different subline. Also much more highly desired. They didn't order nearly as many Warbirds as they have been the retro X-Men.
>>11568590https://youtube.com/watch?v=lR59qaFlc14
>>11571019What is the appeal of these ugly things>Likeness almost never looks right>Supposedly highly articulated but most people leave them in static normal poses>Expensive as shit but even more fragile than your mom's asshole
>>11571131for people to make tiktoks and youtube shorts
Jubilee is my first Marvel Legends figure. Are there any plans for a Rogue from X-Men Evolutions?
the capcom marvel collection is down to $20 so i picked it up tonight and unfortunately this means i will be buying the punisher set now. this game is so stupid i love it
>>11570766>The Jean pegwarmed due to boot inaccuracy.nobody in the real world gives a fuck about this
>>11571175Right now '97 is the hotness. You have to wait another ten years for Evolution to be cool again.
>>11571179Nta, but it was a massive oversight. I skipped because of it and I didn't get cyclops either as a result. Im tired of having to fix inaccuracies myself on figures.
>>11571175>Are there any plans for a Rogue from X-Men Evolutions?I doubt we'll ever see Evolution figures. The show doesn't have anywhere near the popularity of TAS and it seems like most X-Men just want the show buried and forgotten. The only one I could see them maybe doing is Wolverine, but that's it.
>>11571194sure but we're talking about a mass produced toy for people beyond sticklers for accuracy like you or me. most people who bought it don't know or care
>>11571206We got a Spiderman Unlimited toy theres still hope
>>11571240I think that probably falls in the same category that an Evo Wolverine would, which is basically "we've done nearly every variation of this popular character and we're running out of them"
>>11571175Fuck off coomer.
>>11571177>Paying $20 for easily emulatable games Gross. And no, I do not care about playing online with sweaties. If I wanted to do that I'll install fightcade or whatever it is.
>>11571209I think you're underestimating it. I agree with you on say a Jim Lee Jean that has like the slightly wrong shade of yellow or whatever, but this was a niche version of the character that only people specifically interested in her would even recognise, so it was a figure destroying mistake. Like the other Anon said you can see the knock effect with the Cyclops, again another version that basically no normal person would even identify as Cyclops, is now hitting clearance prices because anyone who would have been interested in it just don't want anymore because of her boots.
>>11571294>I don't think it's popular so no one else must eitherDo you not realize that people prefer different eras? I for one, other than the classic Claremont stuff, prefer the Astonishing era. But, just because I don't care about the Outback era, or the Krakoa era, doesn't mean those eras don't have fans.
>>11571300I am one of the people that wanted her, I didn't say other eras or looks weren't popular. In this case however, it's a Jean look she had for like 10 issues or something (I have 5 & 6) and the people who may be interested (which could be billions for all I know) would care that she doesn't have yellow boots. The "mass produced" appeal (the people who buy whatever the fuck with no knowledge, I assume because it looks cool, which you're implying exists) if they even exist, are not going to have as much interest in this random, non-typical Jean looking Jean, which is obviously the case as she isn't sold out and her partner figure is peg warming.Honestly I'm not even sure what you're arguing. You're saying the mistake didn't make a difference, but we know it mattered because she isn't sold out everywhere, even though she was an exclusive. Also being an exclusive literally excludes the figure being made for "mass appeal" it's a FOMO figure made for specific fans of that line to partner the more produced Cyclops.
>>11571317You're overthinking it bro. There are fans of this look. No it isn't what many define as her definitive costume, but that's entirely subjective really. The retro carded X-Men don't tend to sell out when they're stocked at Targets. Jean didn't shelfwarm because of her boots, she shelf warmed because each of my three local Targets ordered a dozen of her or more. Meanwhile stuff like Warbird or the Thanos/Psylocke 2 pack got three or four units per store. At least that's what I could tell when I was watching the stock tickers.
>>11571181Evolution was never cool. Don't play games like that.
>>11571394Evolution came out like 25 years ago anon. Zoomers were just being born when it aired.
>>11571379The fuck? Evolution was literally rule of cool incarnated. I sure hope you're trolling. Also, I'd even argue that Evolution to some extent was better than X-Men TAS but it did have an unfair advantage because it came out after TAS
>>11571413Saw something like this in a /co/ thread yesterday where people were complaining about stuff like Avengers Disassembled and Civil War and they were all acting like these events didn't come out two decades ago. Was kinda weird to see people treat the 2000s like they just happened when we're as far away from the 2000s now as the 2000s were from the 80s.
>>11571439You need to retrain your bot, this doesn't even make sense.
>>11571438They're right, we're still suffering from that status quo.
>>11571472Civil War was 20 years ago anon. It's time to let it go. We have far worse stories today and that would've happened with or without Civil War.
>>11571209>>11571179No normal people buy action figures of 1960s, 1970s or 1980s suit designs. Anyone who cared to buy the figure knew that it was inaccurate
>>11571418I do think Evolution had a better grasp on what it was trying to do than TAS did, for better or worse. One of TAS's big problems is that it was trying to be a Claremont-style soap opera but also trying to be a Saturday morning action cartoon and a lot of the time it just feels really neutered. They don't have this problem anymore in 97 though.
>>11571567Is a soap opera better than an action cartoon?
>>11571613An action cartoon isn't the same thing as a Saturday morning cartoon. 97 is still an action cartoon, but it isn't weighed down by needing as simplified as a Saturday morning cartoon meant for children. The original is also an action cartoon but is watered down in comparison due to not being made for kids and the Saturday morning block.
>>11571621They’re both just cartoons dog
>>11571625The difference in censorship is in and of itself a major thing. I mean, in the original TAS they could never get away with Logan outright stabbing Magneto in the back, bloody claws and all like they did in 97. Nor could they have done E is for Extinction properly with the destruction of Genosha.
>>11571629It’s okay to like cartoons bro you don’t have to try to justify it on an action figure image board
>>11571644I'm not, just highlighting the differences between the original and 97. Sorry that it bothers you enough to make these weird passive aggressive replies.
>>11571647You should really seek out help before this spirals into full blown paranoia
>>11571519Tell that to Marvel.
>>11571652Once again, I don't see the need for the weird passive aggressive replies. Not sure why you're being like this, but maybe try getting some fresh air or something.
>>11571657You don’t sound tough you sound like a limp wrist faggot
>>11571713What a bizarre and autistic reply to such an innocuous post. Are you doing alright?
She kinda sucks, I won't lie. Like Astonishing Emma, her arms are super limited by the cape which blows and then she can barely stand due to her heels. I was lucky to get her to balance for this pic tbqh. I have the old Walgreens classic head somewhere, I gotta dig it out and see how it looks on this body.
>>11571846She's there to look pretty, not to move
>>11571816Nta but I agree with him calling out that “bud” shit. It’s a condescending power move mainly used by the meekest pencil necks. Anyway can’t wait for that punisher arcade 2 pack
>>11571846The old head looks shit. Get a custom cape off eBay.
>>11571857I mean, to be fair, the one anon was acting like a passive aggressive faggot for no reason. So he kinda deserves to be talked down to.
>>11571846They all have the same hands. At least she has different shoes but they're probably reuse of older scarlet witch shoes I think
>>11571874Fair enough. Both are fags
>>11570861That's why I like it personally. A bulkier no nonsense suit compared to Tony.
>>11571533For X-Men toys in particular, if it's not the costumes used in the 1990 cartoon and the comics Jim Lee drew, there's a very high chance it's going to shelfwarm, despite stores over-ordering figures and expecting them to sell just because it's X-Men, even though they're still stuck with figures from the Hickman X-Men wave they can't sell so they should know better by now.
>>11572079I meant to say "1990s cartoon", not "1990 cartoon".
>>11570817Not that anyone cares, but coincidentally I just discovered today that they might be reissuing her. If that happens, none of you swine are allowed to order one until I confirm my pre-order here.
>>11571857Relax, champ
>>11571978Not really, but you're free to feel however you want, kiddo.
Haven't kept up in awhile; anyone know if they're gonna be doing more Ultimate (1610) figures sooner or later? I just bought Ultimate Cap and Iron Man bc I think they look awesome, hope they arrive soon. I've just been reading old Ultimates lately and been feeling the mood for them. Thor would be great.
>>11572241Ultimates? Nobody cares about Ultimates. Only Miles.
>>11571519But it can still be mined.
>>11572241Nothing has been leaked or announced so far.We really need Thor, Hawkeye and Marvel because of their unique designs. And maybe updated Fury.Carol, Valkyria, She-Hulk and Vision are too coomerish to the current Hasbro's woke trends so there no hope for them.Hulk, Wasp and Widow are basically the same as 616.And there clearly won't be another Giant-Man recolor in the foreseeable future.
>>11572241Also that Iron Man is a fucking disappointment because of how smoll he is. Good figure design vise but should be bigger and bulkier. Especially his helmet.
Mafex is doing a comic styled Gambit.
>>11572257>Carol, Valkyria, She-Hulk and Vision are too coomerish to the current Hasbro's woke trendsLmao what? They just put out a blonde woman in lingerie. These are not "too coomerish". Stop thinking with your micropenis that anything that slightly resembles an attractive female is something you goon to.
>>11572297And yet none of this designs will ever see the light. Or they will but with boob reduction, very mannish or straight up ugly faces and bad articulation.C'mon it's Hasbro we talking about. If there is a way to fuck up toy they always find and choose it.
>>11571519Old enough to make money from new collectors
>>11571846Why would they stamp those numbers right there, where it's going to be super obvious in every picture?
>>11572328>And yet none of this designs will ever see the light. They just released a Shanna with almost the exact same outfit minus thigh highs. Vision is just a lady robot. Carol is literally just a reissue of the Quake/Maria Hill figure. Shulkie has had two different figures with her clothes ripped up like that. >Or they will but with boob reduction, very mannish or straight up ugly faces and bad articulation. They just released a Psylocke with big tits and a dump truck ass. Come on now. You're literally clutching your pearls right now. Stop it.
>>11572361NTA but that Shanna was not able to be released at retail and had to be a super rare con/pulse exclusive.
>>11568590As a creature that collects Marvel Legends, I sure do feel like I am punished
>>11572475Why?
>>11572257It would be 90% reuse, but I would actually like a two-pack of this with different headsculpts, colors and a pop-apart feature (never going to happen)
>>11572501Rising prices, heavy reuse, mismatched plastic colors, outdated articulation still in use like waist swivels and ball hinges on necks, not enough shading and paint in general.
>>11572524>ball hinges on neckswhat's even your problem with this? it lets the figures look up better
>>11572526It looks ugly and is only needed if the designers are incompetent and can't do double ball pegs properly to achieve the proper range
>>11572524>AmIKawaiiUguu.jpg
>>11572505Wolverine is probably happens at some point. And Hasbro will definitely fuck him up by making his 1st costume instead of 2nd.On other hand this Hulk is definitely not going to make it. Too much retooling. And as in the collective subconscious Ultimate Hulk should be grey so no green for you.
>>11572524Welcome to toys anon. You must be new.
>>11572529>can't do double ball pegs properlycan you show me anyone who has done it properly
>>11572570Mafex is one example.
>>11572526>defending hinged necks in the year of our lord 2025Damn bro
>>11572532>Wolverine is probably happens at some point. They already made it in the Nemesis/Holocaust wave, they would just need to change some coloring, shorten the glove cuff paint, paint some yellow around the X and change the belt buckle
>>11572624It's kinda funny how hard they pushed this costume in the 2000s. He had it in two different comic universes, a TV show, and two video games. Why were they pushing this look so hard in like 2003?
>>11572526The new necks really suck for looking and down only good for side to side head poses.
>>11572598I actually like what the updated Extremis Iron Man does where it has the hinge and ball but then the neck itself is a separate piece like the Mafex m
>>11572624Ultimate Wolverine requires entirely different mold though. He's a way taller (5'9) and more slick and slim than 616 variant. Also knowing Hasbro he will be in this costume. Just because it's the 1st one.
>>11572634>Why were they pushing this look so hard in like 2003?When Perlmutter took over Marvel Comics he demanded comics to be full blown adds to whatever marvel movie was currently in production. This effectively killed off what little remained of canon and continuity, the one thing MC had still going for them.So he 'saved' them short term, utterly destroyed them long term.
>>11572674why do people consume media that comes out of corporate behemoths when it will be utterly tampered with endlessly in order to maximize profit?
>>11572727Shut up, you do it too.
>>11572739That is why I am asking. Why does this happen? How do we break the cycle?
>>11572755By not being a fucking ninny and overthinking such arbitrary bullshit like an autismo.
>>11572727In the case of marvel comics there was a whole lot of fan goodwill attached to it, similar to star wars and such.Think of it as overdraft that eventually ran out.
You losers cry about comic books and the movies they make based off of it meanwhile in reality Demon Slayer is making billions and has everyone talking.
>>11572766Your bot needs more reprogramming.
>>11572766How big is your Labubu collection, Clanker?
>>11572762But it has an effect. It harms the stories.
>>11572793The stories have been arguably bad since the 90s. Get over it. Just read what you think is good and stop being such a faggot about it. I can only assume you are only even asking so you can get (You)s.
How exactly did Miles Morales from Diamond Select go in stock at EE? I thought Diamond shut down their toy division months ago
>>11572805He came out like 2 years ago
>>11572617>defending greater range of motion over lessyes
>>11572825Yeah but this is a reissue, so someone had to manufacture the new ones and redistribute it
>>11572826see >>11572598
>>11572624I did a custom of this Hulk using the Outback Hulk that came out eons ago, it's inside a box somwhere. A 2pack of this fight would be great.
Opened up Jubilee and Roberto. Also finally cracked open Savage Land Professor X. Nice to have the 97 finale costumes. Glad we're finally getting an upgraded Cyke in his Claremont costume, and a new Marvel Girl Jean would be appropriated, this one kinda sucks, the new skirt will hopefully be less restrictive.
>>11572857>tfw we'll never get a paint job like the one on that Cyclops again
>>11572840pretty comparable to the hinge
>>11572880Comparable range yes, and less ugly when viewed from the front
I will never get Power Princess, will I? The reissue rumour was a ruse wasn't it?
>>11572916I'd believe the rumor although I already have PP, but it takes quite awhile for stuff like reissues to actually come out, I'd just hold tight. I got a Carnage reissue and it seemed to take forever to come out but eventually it did.
>>11572916Shut up Jarret.
>>11572940Thanks for the morale support, I think you should hold your PP, cherish your PP, anon.
>>11572857damn, sick poses bro.
>>11572524Also pins. I avoid buying newer figures if they have pins.
>>11572984Don't see you doing better.
>>11571175no
>>11572361>They just released a Psylocke with big tits and a dump truck ass. Come on now.Missing thigh cuts and other details
Got the IM/Mandarin 2-pack. Not much else to say that hasn't been said before, but I'm happy with a suited Mandarin. If nothing else, the upgraded ankles of the Matt Murdock body does make him easier to stand and pose around with than older suited bodies. I do like the new articulation on Iron Man especially the double neck joint, but I prefer the more muted metallic colors on the regular release so that's a bit of a shame. I'll definitely need a second body for the old man Mandarin head though.
>>11572984Thanks bro. Get anything new lately?
>>11573117You sure about that?
Will anyone here be saying farewell to Marvel Legends due to the new price increase or the next one? For me once they hit 29.99, its a bridge too far for any figure that I have seen Hasbro offer.
>>11573284You guys ask this every thread now. Stop being so insecure about what complete strangers on 4chan do with their own money. Just buy what you like/can afford and be done with it. Getting hot and bothered by what toys other people buy is beyond cringe. To answer your question, for the umpteenth time, I will just be more selective with my purchase. But then again I don't see the price hikes as that big of a deal. Even $30 isn't that much when compared to literally everything else in the world right now. A few Legends every couple of months isn't going to break my bank.
Symbiote figures almost always end up so fucking expensive on the aftermarket. I guess Hasbro doesn't understand that there are a lot of Symbiote perverts out there who really want them, especially the more obscure ones.
>>1157328630 can still buy a decent amount of food. It's also my phone bill. Could be a good bit of my water, sewage or car insurance bills. I don't really think a plastic toy should be priced that high at the quality of hasbro.
>>11573327Then buy what you think is worth it and shut the fuck up about it. Goddamn, these threads are literally only like two people posting their toys and the other 90% is bitch bitch bitch about shit being too expensive. I can't even walk about the toys themselves without some schizo calling me a hoarder or something for daring to like something he didn't. I wish there was another website with this same formatting but didn't contain such a faggot userbase.
>>11573327I think the bigger issue is also more and more layoffs and work cuts that are happening. $30 or $10 it won't man shit for the drop in wages half of most countries are projected to suffer in the coming months. Also WW3 could be lighting up next year and then none of this shit matters, few will be buying kid toys during a hot war.
>>11573338Where are you seeing these projections?
>>11573327Get a Job
>>11573338Honestly man, if $10-$30 is a big deal to you, you shouldn't be wasting money on collecting toys. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. These are luxury goods that you don't need to survive. If you're struggling that much financially, you should be saving your money instead of burning it on plastic you probably don't even really care about anyway. Only reason I buy toys is that after I pay all my bills, and throw a little into my savings, I have excess money left over to do with what I want.
Punisher 2 pack is live
>>11573545Do you think we care you dumb fuck?
Where or when is/will the fantasticar be available for purchase?Any chance we might get a Hallmark ornament or car scale model?
>>11573545Please don't talk about toys in the stupid slapfight thread
>>11573552hey man some of us got to keep these threads going until next month when it's over
>>11573552I assume so if you're in a thread about Marvel toys. Sorry it rustled your jimmies.>>11573558Nah, we can get back on track.
>>11573333A site like that won't exist without moderation removing your ability to curse like a fuckin' retard. Which means you won't get what you want anyway.
>>11573560What happens next month?
80 bucks for punisher 2 Pack. Oof
>>11573585where are you looking that its $80
>>11573589Pulse after shipping and tax
>>11573585I see it for $62>>11573597>including tax and shippingThat's a bit disingenuous, but whatever. Tax is different in every state, and you can get it from places with cheaper shipping.
>>11573599Still overpriced. I'm canceling and will get them when they bin
>>11573601Good for you. But you don't need to announce it to us like we're your mom.
>>11573597>still using Pulse in 2025why
>>11573609The users on this board aren't necessarily the sharpest knives in the drawer.
>>11573351I have one
I will continue to buy Marvel Legends at full price, and also $80 Switch 2 games while everyone else cries.
>>11573717
>>11573717You do you, Lex Luthor.
Why is it so many of you feel the need to announce your plans to buy or not buy toys? Do you think anyone cares? Do you think you're sticking it to someone by announcing this kind of thing? It's really weird.
>>11573756because they have no one else in their life that cares
>>11573756Well we can't tell Hasbro directly so the best way is just to let it out there. Like did you see the hilarious price on the Punisher 2 pack? Makes it really easy to pass on it. At $50, sure. $63, I laughed.
Soon...
>>11573760No one here does either. It's beyond cringe. Just buy what you want/can and be done with it. >>11573773I'm sorry but we're not here for you guys to trauma dump about how you can or can't afford this hobby anymore. I'd sympathize more with you guys if you weren't so fucking obnoxious about it. That's fine you think that the 2 pack is too expensive, but no one fucking cares. I don't personally care for those versions of the characters but you don't see me sperging out about the fact that it exists. Honestly, this whole behavior comes off as a tad self centered. Cut it out. These threads are so shit because of your constant whining about price and the fact that you shame people who aren't as broke as you are.
Another retro card let down. How come the image on the back has her with the superior classic hair sculpt from the vhs release, but the actual figure uses the old shit one. It's not even the same skin tone so you can't head swap. Anyone know if the hair can be transplanted? If not this is yet another pass for me.
>>11573802Her little skull on her forehead is sculpted on the head itself and comparing the VHS one to the Walgreens/Target one the heads themselves do look to be the same. And on closer inspection of the VHS release the hair piece does seem to have the cutout for her forehead skull. I'd say it would probably work to do a quick hair transplant from the VHS to the new one. Don't quote me on it though, I only have the Walgreens one so I can't compare directly to the VHS release. The Target one isn't enough of an upgrade for me to care either though, so I feel ya.
>>11573797Did you ever think maybe there are people out there who have money but won't give just any amount to Hasbro for a figure?Like think about it, if you had a regular figure you needed to complete a team and you wanted it, but Hasbro priced it at $150, would you pay? $300? $500? $700? Even if you are unreasonably wealthy, there's a line with how much you're willing to be ripped off somewhere. Keep in mind we're technically all already getting ripped off by like 75% due to manufacturing costs for a normal figure being like 7 bucks or something and the rest is just Hasbro profit, retailer overhead, etc.
>>11573834>if you had a regular figure you needed to complete a team
>>11573828Thanks. I may wait to see if anyone else gives it a go first before I commit. She seems sold out here at the moment anyway so will need to wait for a restock. On the subject of restocks, we just got some more Crystal/lockjaw and quicksilvers in. Also The Cyclops/Jean 2-pack is apparently in stock!
>>11573849Why is retro Quicksilver so cheap?
>>11573852Both him and the crystal pack are on sale. 50% off. Glad I waited.
Can anyone suggest where to get effect pieces? Muzzle flashes and stuff like that. Thanks.
>>11573834>Did you ever think maybe there are people out there who have money but won't give just any amount to Hasbro for a figure?I honestly don't care. If you don't think a figure is worth it, don't buy it. But announcing it to a bunch of strangers like you're proud of it or something is fucking cringe.>>11573834>>Like think about it, if you had a regular figure you needed to complete a team and you wanted it, but Hasbro priced it at $150, would you pay? $300? $500? $700? Keep in mind we're technically all already getting ripped off by like 75% due to manufacturing costs for a normal figure being like 7 bucks or something and the rest is just Hasbro profit, retailer overhead, etc.You are way too insecure about what other people will theoretically do with their own money. Stop worrying about everyone else and just do you. Holy shit.
>>11573864Can of Beams and other such ebay sellers.
I wish Hasbro could brick some of your collections.
>>11573899What does this even mean?
>>11573895Don't be so upset. Stop worrying about what other collectors are posting. It's a free public square and people will post what they want about these action figures. What they are buying, what they don't want to buy and whatever else.
>>11573909>Don't be so upset.I'm not. All I said was you're cringe for announcing this shit to the whole thread like an attention whore. >Stop worrying about what other collectors are posting. Can't help it. I'd filter you'd put on a trip. >It's a free public square and people will post what they want about these action figures.Ok, but realize announcing your intentions to buy or not buy said action figures to a bunch of strangers is cringe. If it comes up in regular discussion it's one thing, but randomly announcing it unprompted to the whole thread screams of being an attention whore.
>>11573785I've gotta wonder, how fun will he be? Feels like he needs to come with a stand so he stand up while grabbing heroes as it feels like holding several figures in his tentacles could unbalance him if he is just resting on the rest of his tentacles.
>>11573925*so he CAN stand up
Do you ever get incredibly persnickety about how a character is depicted in a toy?I significantly prefer the corset and head on the Hellfire Emma Frost, but the pinless legs and double elbows on the 97 Emma Frost are a massive improvement. If it was possible to get the Hellfire Frost for a reasonable price, I think I would genuinely get one of each and make my perfect Emma Frost out of them
>>11573925It's not like he stands en pointe, the tentacles that touch the ground make good contact with it. And most of the natural poses you'd do with him would have three tentacles touching the ground. Which would give you an extremely stable tripod situation. If anything, Shuma Gorath is the ML figure that least needs a stand, except maybe Bonebreaker and wheelchair Professor X
>>11573964That's all I do, I am extremely selective on what I get, I won't get a figure of a character I've wanted for ages if the figure isn't up to snuff. Face sculpts are a big factor for me.
>>11573914Hasbro price gouging should be talked about no matter your buyer remorse. It's been happening before the tariffs. You're free to leave also.
>>11573976Sorry, I'll let you get back to whining about how you're too poor for this hobby.
>>11573976>Hasbro price gouging should be talkedWhy? We all know about it, nobody's happy about it. What's the point of bitching? In fairness, my other buying things-related hobby is Warhammer so maybe I'm just used to accepting steadily increasing crazy prices. But it's boring when people complain about that in Warhammer too
>>11573802Wait for $16 clearance at Target
>>11573899>>11573907I'm bricked up thinking about my collection
>>11573964>Do you ever get incredibly persnickety about how a character is depicted in a toy?Sure. I fucking hate the buck (especially the canckles) on the upcoming Weapon X.
>>11568590why are the guns so tiny
>>11574000I dont live in the US unfortunately, but after scoring quicksilver locally for £9.99, I'm going to wait it out on mystique.
>>11573964Yep. That's why I don't buy any western made female figures. They can't sculpt tits, ass, or a feminine face to save their fuckung lives. All of them end up with man faces and tits or ass that don't match their depiction. Hell, even overseas figures rarely get it right...But at least they CAN get it right.
>>11574715Speaking on just Marvel Legends, sometimes they get it right. I think Spiral has a great face and a decent body, Power Princess as well has a nice face, though I agree with you. Look at Xesray's Hildr for a nice body as evidence to your point, I wish more western teams did ones like that.
>>11574757Every picture I've ever seen of Hildr looks like a render. Who knows what the final product will look like.
>>11574769Seconds try, here >>11574186
>>11574815Yep that's real. Looks pretty good except for those elbow joints, paint looks like it's already getting rubbed off.
You can get Man-Wolf cheaper on ebay than Amazon.
>>1157492960 for a basic ass ML? lol
has anybody seen the new X-Men 97 figures hit stores yet?
>>11574955It comes with a foil card!
>>11575001Not yet, I don't think I've seen any reports either
Jubilation Lee is such a great name.
>>11575222So desperate for engagement huh?
>>11575223Nah this image >>11575001Just made me think of that
>>11574955It's actually $40, Amazon is just marking things up as usual. Not that $40 is worth it either mind you, it absolutely isn't, but I just wanted to correct the record.
Amazon pushed up my Shuma order to Thursday. Anyone else?
>>11575563Mine still says it's coming November 6
>>11574955The majority of the cost on these sets is for the Magic card, not the figure.
Shuma-Gorath is heavy, looks awesome, the eye can give him a lot of personality with dual lids and the entire eye is free moving. He's the dark comic book color though. The tendrils only bend well in the center and leave a long area at the tip that sticks straight out on both the hooked ends and wriggly ends. YOU CANNOT REMOVE YHE TENDRILS once assembled to look where you want them! Three are hooked ends with side to side base movement and three are wiggle ends with front to back movement. You can turn the base but not at the cut joint where they should spin. There's nothing inside so the creases really show at certain bend positions. You can heat them up and gets more range but it makes the creases worse. Shuma can't wrap his tendrils around anything, so he can't hold a character. He also can't get into any of the the positions on the back of the box or stock photos like holding his spiked ball or crossing his arms. 1/4th of the tendril at the base is too thick to bend, then you get to the middle, but right after that the last 1/4 to the tip is solid rubber that sticks straight out no matter what you do. Not sure if he's worth $70 unless you absolutely love the character and want a double-scale version that's comic book dark. He would need to be half the size and waaaay lighter green to match the MvC2-ness of the other figures.
>>11575685Where you see the tendrils bent is the furthest down towards they tips they bend. Not sure how you could mod them without cutting them off around where they're glued on the ball joint and taking a really long drill and drilling out that 1/4th of solid tendril at the end. Overall the figure is cool looking, weighs at least a pound and a half? Stands well, creases aren't too bad unless you're trying for more than a 70 degree angle. I'll get a pic of his Mystic Smash spiked ball which is really nice looking and actually in scale with the other 6" figures giving you an idea how small he'd actually be if he were in scale with the rest of the line.
>>11575685Sounds like Hasbro poorly engineered another figure, without properly thinking about how collectors would want to use it before designing it.
>>11575563Mine's coming Tues. Still nothing on Juggernaut beyond the push up to Oct. 22nd like most people had.
>>11575801I didn't order Juggernaut, can't justify paying full price when I already have the BaF. Maybe if he goes on sale. Pretty excited for Shuma though. Anyone get Maximum Deadpool? How's he? I'm skipping him since I have the AY 2.5 already, but I'm curious as to how the new ML is.
i missed the preorder on Amazon for Emma Frost but there was a window where you could just order one so I did. But it's promised to ship sometime between Oct 5 and Oct 29, so I kinda suspect that's not actually ever going to happen. I went to my lcs and they said if they get some in they'll put my name on one, but they aren't sure if their location will get any. BBTS still has them for preorder so I ordered two, but the fact that their preorders are still open so long after it sold out everywhere else makes me think they won't be able to fulfill them all.So I'm going to end up with somewhere between 0 and 4 Emma Frosts.
>>11575932Does BBTS take preorders they can't fill? I thought they know exactly what they're buying and by how much.
>>11575963>Does BBTS take preorders they can't fill?Yes, they're actually kind of notorious for it. It's not a constant thing but if you preorder there's a chance it'll basically just sit there with the site constantly pushing back the delivery date. Usually they do eventually get it to you after a long wait but there've also been cases where it just keeps getting delayed for so long that people just cancel the order.
>>11575974How does this even happen with a company? Don't they know exactly how much of a product they're ordering?
>>11575001>>11571175
>>11575996It happens all the time with McFarlane stuff. Your order is actually more likely to be cancelled or delayed forever than it is to be fulfilled.
>>11575996No one really knows why they do this. Usually their initial preorders will have a certain amount and then go out of stock which I assume means they do have an allotment for the first round. Then the preorders are available again and that's when it's crapshoot time.
>>11576023>>11576025Why are you so obnoxious in every thread?
>>11575685>>11575691Well that's disappointing, but I guess that's par for the course with modern Legends. Thanks for the heads up.
>>11575932Ironically it's not even that posable an action figure. Could just get a sexy statue instead and call it a day.
>>11576185It's posable enough for me, I don't need Emma Frost doing crazy Spiderman poses
>>11575974Oddly I've never seen BBTS cancel a preorder, or heard others talk about it until now. I guess literally every retailer does it then since I've seen people complain about it from every other retailer and I've seen it from Walmart and EE myself.
>>11576190Well my point was since you don't and it can't why not just an Emma statue?
>>11576290Try that again in English Rajesh.
>>11576290I don't really understand your point. The new Emma Frost figure is literally the most poseable Emma ever, it's the first one to have double-jointed elbows. It is poseable enough, especially for a character whose battle stance is just standing with an arm out.If it was, like, Gwenom, then yeah a figure that is able to do standing splits is a big value add. That is a character where it makes sense to think you should either spring for the Amazing Yamaguchi figure or go for a cheaper fixed pose statue because wither of those would capture the character better. But that doesn't really apply to Emma Frost, imo.
>>11576292Maybe try reading it in context of "I don't need Emma Frost doing crazy Spiderman poses" before reading "since you don't and it can't"
Holy shit, the prices are in stores now too. We are... THE RAPED.
Marvel Legends are in high demand. That is the reason for the price increase.
>>11576365Okay
What the fuck is this?
>>11576390Venomized krampus
>>11576365No, tariffs are the reason.
>>11576390>>11576402OK i was able to figure it out, it's the Red Goblin. Norman Osborn with the Carnage Symbiote. And apparently different artists have done different tweaks to the face design, but for some reason with the action figure they decided to do literally the worst one ever
should i buy mess toys superior spider?
This is the furtherest you can get a bend out of the Shuma Gorath's tendril. The rest is solid rubber and while flexible, there's no wire in there. So you'll have to wrap it under itself or behind another figure's limb to get a curl.
>>11576444Here's the furthest inward you can get a bend.
>>11576447Max curl you can get from a tendril. You can heat it up and get more range of a bend but the creases get worse and you'll get white stress marks on the segmented backside of the tendrils
>>11576452Shuma is 1:6 scale so he'll match your Mondo 12" figures or anything that scale. But for a 6" MvC2 collection he's a little big. You can get him brighter green if you use acetone and wipe the dark green off his body and tendrils.
>>11576455For a comic scale Shumagorath he's great, you just won't be able to wrap his tentacles around smaller figures and if you do manage to get one wrapped you'll have to tuck the stuff rubber ends under itself or part of the other figure being grabbed.
jesus christ compile all your pics and write one post this isnt your fucking blog
>>11576452I have a theory that Marvel designers hate their customers
>>11576464>How dare you post toys on /toy/This is you. Shut your retard mouth you drooling lackwit cock gobbler. No one cares what you have to say, you are the bottom feeding dickless troglodyte of reality and a shitstain on humanity.
>>11576464This is an image board, I want people to see high-res pics not a compilation thumbnail. Fuck off to Instagram if you want curated pics spoon-feed to your narcissistic mentally ill brain.
>>11576322>especially for a character whose battle stance is just standing with an arm out.I thought Emma's preferred stance was legs behind her head?
>>11576531I havent seen that, do you mean sitting on a guy's face?
>>11575774One of the things that makes me excited for this set is using the calm head on the previous Punisher on this body. The headband is cool, but I prefer him without it.
>>11568981>The Spaniard
Been in a lot of wars bub... The brave always die first!
>>11576687Gold Team needs more time...
Rachel Summers doesn’t come with 3 pairs of hands. Personally don’t care because I wasn’t planning on getting her she’s a stupid character alongside the excalibur group as a whole.
>>11576728Glad Ive been waiting on sales for minicomic figs. Hasbro keeps going lower. There's like no bottom for them. Soon, legends will have as much accessories as the dying Star Wars Black series.
>>11576728Why is this legal?
>>11576687>>11576690The most boring hyper autistic shit ever. Stop spamming this thread with your retardation.
>>11576784Post your toys.
>>11576745She still comes with another pair of hands, a swappable head, Phoenix wings, and the mini comic. It's not like she's lacking in accessories.
>>11576787No. I've seen you having tantrums in other threads obsessively stalking anons. I'm text only because of attention whore faggots like you.
>>11576790>I've seen you having tantrums in other threads obsessively stalking anons.Lmao no you haven't.
>>11576792Oh, it must have been someone else who can't pose and spams their nickelodeon orange alley every hour then flies into the same hysteric hissy fit on repeat.
>>11576793Yiu referring to the person reposting my pics from the DC thread?
>>11576788That is irrelevant. They lied. Stop defending corporations that literally lie to you with their promo images.
>>11576497>defending namefags
>>11576797I won't disagree that it's scummy as fuck. This is why I'm against renders. Especially renders of the item in box. Interestingly enough the in hand sample shown they had on hand for the stream doesn't have the extra pair of hands and Dwight does specifically say she only comes with one alternate set of hands, one grip hand and one fist hand when he was going over the accessories. Not really the biggest of deal but it should be called out nonetheless. Much like the new Mystique apparently having a different head on the back of her package than the one she actually has. Someone should call out these renders to them on Twitter or something.
Does anybody know the difference between these two Venoms on the checklist? Also, the checklist seems a bit behind now, is there one anon in particular who keeps it updated?
>>11576845The Target one is the reissue of the movie Venom from the Venompool wave, the Walmart one is a comic Venom with the updated bulky body
>>11576845Too many Venoms are being produced.
>>11576784Why are so many of you like this? Why are you all so against posting toys on a toy board?
New Thread:>>11576864>>11576864>>11576864
>>11576419What you posted is his grandson, Normie, running as Red Goblin with another symbiote, Rascal. The design is still as inconsistent.>>11576439If it's as good as Kaine, sure. I'm skipping it because I don't care for SpOck and the uneven webbing ticks me off.
>>11576444>>11576447>>11576452Thanks for posting, that's nice to know. The tentacle not being all bendy really sucks, they did something similar with MCU Reed and that figure sucks too.
>>11576804>one shitty grip hand so she can hold the mini comic nobody asked forThat's such a dumb idea. I know some people may love the mini comics and I'm happy for them but I think the majority just throw them in the bin.
>>11576455Fuck off Jin
>>11577198They're pretty fun for action figure photography.
