If an artist is going for more realism the feet start to look too small with really fat legs the feet and/or calves can start to look to small like picrel or too realistically flabby. Since you pointed it out I notice the squidgirl's legs look pleasingly stocky and taut but give the impression that you could poke or squeeze anywhere on them and feel yielding softness even on her shins.Every part of her looks pleasingly puffy really.
