Well, considering the test was regarding the artist's removal from danbooru and the effects that may have had, I'd say chances are it might still work fine in the full model.
As it stands many artists that have primarily nsfw artwork, or just artwork that would get people's panties in a twist, give unusual results compared to V3.

I think the only thing it struggles with is her wand, or at least it did with cosplay gens
the cosplay needed mention of thighhighs and a pink vest I think before it activated-- before that, it just generated a pinkish sweater
and I had to go out of my way to get the garterstraps to not appear for suzuka gozen (the foxgirl), I had to inpaint the garter straps out in every case except the one gen I called raw earlier, so it at least has the capacity to latch onto some small details

For anyone who wakes up to NAI V4 (preview) and needs a guide skim that, maybe bookmark it. The sections have bolded font, beyond that it's kind of an ass for lacking a table of contents but that's about as clear and concise as it'll get for preview shit I think.

There's no SMEA/DYN. There's no vibe transfer. NSFW isn't in the dataset outright, ecchi is still possible
Prompts are read differently enough you'll want to start from scratch to feel things out. Trying to fix up an old long prompt right now would in all likelihood be like untangling an unholy demoralizing time-wasting mess, don't bother IMO.
I would recommend sticking to a singular artist OR style tag. mixing shit is a lot messier than it was before, it will not work the same way. Pixel art in particular feels very fucky.
Really, you should be treating this as a time for baby steps. Take it slow and all that, see what characters and artists do for now. Fuck around with the new character box at the bottom.

Found this out the hard way, tried to get something lewd after a few experiments and it was just the girls giving a peace sign. Text generation is also pretty iffy right now even following the "text, english text. Text: X" format they suggested. Often doesn't show up or gets a letter or two wrong. Prompting for more than 4 characters will often exclude one of them too.

Positives are that it seems to make far less anatomical errors, eyes seem better, small characters have less issues as well, and the area prompting works extremely well. Pic related was my first generation and while it got the text wrong, it's still pretty impressive I think. Hoping most of the kinks get worked out in full release.

I just did a test with Tsukino from MH, which has all of 32 images on danbooru and definitely did not work at all on V3. It works here with only minor issue getting her fur color exactly right. So, yes, they clearly did some merging.
Which is potentially excellent news for everyone worried that the lack of Furry V4 would be a total disaster.

Seems like NAI v4 is way more capable of doing accurate gens with fewer pics. Managed to gen a pretty accurate Thea from Spy Kyoushitsu with only 25 pictures on danbooru. Promising for people with niche waifus.

It's a toss-up. It's far better at furry and even feral content than V3 could even hope, but it's clearly not a complete merger of any sort.
Of course it remains to be seen whether the full version has more to offer on that front.
Oddly it seems to have basic understanding of what a character is supposed to be in many cases, just none of the specifics. As a random example, prompting for Katia Managan and it gives you this: a yellow cat woman in a hooded outfit with a pendant. Obviously not the right one, not even close, but... Katia has two (2) fucking images on danbooru. There's no way it'd get even that much from just her name and "prequel adventure", which has zero (though prequel_(kazerad) has one, it actually gives a worse result than using the other tag). But she has a fuckton of hits on e621, and is extremely reliable on the Furry model, so it's not from that dataset either. I'm not sure what they cooked with.
Where it gets even funnier is the second test, with added plaintext prompting, as I'll show in the next post.

Here's the exact same seed and prompt, but with "Katia Managan from the webcomic Prequel Adventure by Kazerad" added.
On one hand the outfit is way closer to the real thing, on the other the eyes are all wrong and the overall image is of course no closer to accurate. But it does suggest... something, about the plaintext analysis.
I have no idea what, I'm too stupid and ignorant for that, but it sure does mean something. Mostly, it makes me wonder what the fuck they trained it on, if it's not just bundled danbooru and e621 sets, to make it "kinda get it" like this.

Not sure what the exact tag limit is or data set it pulled from, but it definitely can render surprisingly accurate furry characters with a low number of tags, which makes me think that its' using something different. Maid Marian only has 27 tags on Danbooru, and most of them are very stylistically different with her barely wearing anything, but look at this. Gets her clothing perfect.
