Typical rule to make the giraffe sumo wrestler visually distinct enough to not be a direct rip off. Neck length can be whatever. I also imagine her being really tall but because she's also really heavy, heavier than a typical elephant anthro even, she's considered among the greatest sumo wrestlers in the world if not the best but due to weight classes she barely has anyone to compete against. As a result she's not as rich or famous as you'd expect due to her not doing too many official competitions and the ones she does compete in she dominates since she's also really skilled which isn't that fun to watch. She's a huge geek for gaming and anime stuff since that's her hobby outside wrestling and training. She also eats a lot and not entirely picky what she eats since her metabolism seems to be good enough for her career.
