A bit of a personal question for all the gym goers. What has your trips to the gym taught you about yourself, so far, and what does the gym have to teach you in the future?

>>72185723It's taught me the value of patience. When I first started, I tried going big right off the bat and was so sore afterwards I could barely walk. I then backed off and started from square one, built up my form and added weight bit by bit, and it's been smooth sailing pretty much ever since!

Had another great session with my trainer yesterday! Did Incline Benchpress with 35 pound (15.8 KG) dumbbells and Goblet Squats with a 40 pound (18.1 KG) kettlebell for superset 1, Luggage Pulls with a 35 pound (15.8 KG) kettlebell and Overhead Press with 15 pounds (6.8 KG) dumbbells for superset 2, and Rear Lat Face Pulls at 25 pounds (11.3 KG) and Kickstand Deadlifts with a 40 pound (18.1 KG) kettlebell for superset 3!Pushed myself hard, and I'm feeling that slight soreness that gets me going today!
