He's like a proto-Adam Sandler.Groundhog Day is severely overrated. It's obvious some (literal) boomer had a marijuana-induced idea that he felt was deep and then attempted very hard to stretch it into a movie.Rewatch it, while trying to forget that you're supposed to like Bill Murray, and you'll understand how banal it is. Don't get me wrong, it's not the worst "romantic comedy" drivel that came out in the 80s/90s, but it's most definitely not some amazing masterpiece.
