I think since netflix/disney/amazon are expanding the kdrama audience so much, budgets are going to increase and we'll see a generally more passable level of english speaking character actors drafted in for minor parts. it really is hilarious how bad some of them sound, like are you polish or australian?

>>198593590yeah, I think QOT has multiple reasons for being successful, just the leads alone will pull in a lot of viewers. I think they definitely setup scenes to be shared on social but it doesn't feel that 'clippy' to me, there's still plenty of continuity. Personally I'm loving the experimental comedy/melo setup but who knows if it will become a trend. It is nice to get a break from the heavy scenes with the comedy stuff, but then again, heavy drama is what melo is about so maybe korean viewers will think this to be more of a spoof or satire and go back to the usual stuff.
