Which season did this officially turned into shit?

Im gonna start to watch it from season 1 maybe up until 8 to season 13 max. Was skinner being tanzarian the episode that really ended the simpsons golden run?

Stop at season 10.
8 and 9 are still excellent quality. 10 only has maybe two decent episodes. The Alec Baldwin Kim Bassinger episode is where it died.

It depends on tolerance of who shit episodes vs hipster elitism. Season 12 was 50% funny which just passes in my book, Season 13 onwards is nothing but failing grades.
