I realize that I don't have an assortment of films on HD disc, I have some but they date back more than 15 years ago and are on DVD, and it bothers me a lot.

So, which film do you recommend I buy physically in bluray/4k edition?

Your favorite ones. The 4k release that REALLY blew me away was Jaws. It somehow looked like a new movie because it is so much more colorful, but also how I always imagined it because the colors are accurate. The blue skies and the beaches just look beautiful.

Another impressive one is Clue. Also Conan.

I try to open myself up to new films, so obviously I buy favorites but I wanted to see what people like lately.
Conan seems like a really good choice to start with, the last time I saw it was on VHS haha

The recent release from Arrow is very well done, it looks amazing. I dont know if the boxed set is still available at retail price, but its worth it if you want both.

I think one reason Jaws really impressed me was that I hadn't seen it since VHS, though from what I hear it was a big improvement over previous releases.
