I don't know exactly what the audio track or subtitle track were saying, but I know the Japanese kana's well enough to know that they didn't match much at all.

Near the end Riker is yelling at bearded Picard the word "tabemono" which means food, which makes me think the whole audio track was ripped from an anime, since it would be silly to yell about food on the bridge.
