Morgan Freeman is great, Denzel Washington is great, tons of guys in the cast of The Wire are great. plenty of black actors in America are solid.but nearly every black actor I've seen in House of the Dragon is absolute dogshit and looks and acts like a random person that was pulled right off the street ten minutes before filming began. they all do this thing where they'll constantly furrow their brow, grimace, or frown on order to make their best attempt at a "serious" expression, but they just end up looking confused and constipated. the guy who played Alyn or Aryn or whatever his name is, the dude whom the velaryon king thanks for saving him from drowning, his awkward expressions are the best example of this. then later on, daemon's daughter does the same shit when she goes into rhaenyra's room to talk to her and get her orders. she looks down at the stuff daemon broke, and then cycles through like fifteen weird facial expressions before reading her next line where she asks what's going on with daemon.why are British actors so great, to the point where they're widely understood to be superior to American actors, but then suddenly when it comes to blacks they turn into absolutely amateurish clowns by comparison?

Daniel kaluuya, damson Idris, Kingsley ben-adir, and Chiwetel Ejiofor are a few great ones, the guy in starters is great in pretty much everything he's In that's not starwars too, attack the block is a classic.
