Starts off as a Silence of the Lambs clone and the movie soon just starts throwing every 90s serial killer trope at the wall. There's a Se7en ripoff from 1998 called Fallen that does detectives investigating demonic serial killer better.
It looks nice, but so does every other prestige tv show these days
