Sipping beers on a floating sauna and plunging into the ocean when it got too hot is one of my favorite memories from visiting finland. They had birch twigs tied together that they slapped themselves with which apparently opens up the pores for deeper cleaning. I felt super relaxed for hours afterwards, would highly recommend.
