But seriously, as much as Baldwin is a blowhard I don’t think he committed a crime. To be convicted you have to have some kind of intent. Not only was the killing unintentionally, he didn’t even intend to harm her so manslaughter is out. All your left with is criminal negligence. But unless, actors typically are responsible for double checking their props, which I doubt, then he wasn’t negligent. I didn’t follow the case closely, so let me know if I’m missing something.
