I am trying to think of a scene in a movie or film where this phrase occurs. I believe that an older character is saying goodbye (possibly dying?) to a younger one, and is trying to comfort them. At the end of the attempt to comfort, he says something very close to "and you'll be saying zip-a-dee-doo-dah, zip-a-dee-a..."Cannot figure out what it is. It almost seems like something Willy Wonka would say to Charlie, but that's not it.

I have spent a lot of time googling this and talking to gpt and I have not been able to figure it out
