Once they know where she is, THEN you blitz her while she's on the ground and kill her with a dragon gang rape. This is assuming you don't want to just launch an attack on King's Landing while everyone is unaware and destroy the Red Keep and everyone in it and risk a scorpion hit against you. The single most high value asset the Greens have is Vhaegar and she would be a lot more killable in practice than the narrative allows her to be.
