The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House - Great show, for those who enjoyed Our Little Sister. Top tier CGDCT, with beautiful cinematography and fun characters. My only gripe is that the main one is too saccharine, but she gets sidelined pretty fast so it's not an issue.The ending is satisfying and gives a sense of closure. The cutest maiko quits, and she's the only one with no wikipedia page, so it gives a sense of death and finality.

Re. jdramas, I saw 99 Days With The Superstar recently. Good pacing and great characters and chemistry. Very little filler, but the last episode kind of broke that consistency and had some forced drama.
