I'm from the deep south and moved around to many states in my day. Sure there are a lot of similarities but different parts of the South can be pretty drastically different from each other. North Louisiana is like another country compared to middle Tennessee, and rural Alabama might as well be on the moon while NC felt like typical east coast big city shit.
