If you enjoy these movies you’re just retarded. The “unbelievable gore wowzers this ain’t your dad’s horror movie!!” shit is bad enough, but the movies themselves are just awful trudges of fake blood, bad rubbery prop practical effects, and plot development so devoid of anything beyond zoomer coded Hallmark channel movie writing that they aren’t even enjoyable in the schlocky way a Nightmare on Elm street or even Friday the 13th are. It’s just retread shudder channel garbage. It isn’t even horror it’s just an edgey Reddit post that got made into an above average YouTube video and sold to a desperate streaming service.
