For me it's
Terrifier > Terrifier 3 > Terrifier 2
3 is a lot like 2, and they both suffer from not having as tight of a script as the first one. Terrifier 1 had a consistent flow of time that didn't jump from location to location.
In 3 you have them show a scene, then jump five years back, then forward to three months ago, then to the present, then jump to one place for a scene, then to another to another to another. It was all very fun, but it made it drag a bit for me until halfway in, when things finally got back on a singular track.

I personally prefer 2. It's comfy with its colours and soundtrack and vibe, better paced, has Lauren in her costume, has some good gags, and the carnival visuals during the final act are comfy. Feels like a homage not just to slashers but to a comfier time of life and to horror and spookiness in general. I found the sets in 3 disappointing in comparison, you don't get as much spectacle at the end. And although they up the gore the pacing of the film is all over the place so it doesn't hit as hard imo. Still good I just prefer 2
