I’d say a solid 9/10 a lot of solid moments with some questionable decisions and some filler

There's one very important distinction though and that's that the original show and New Blood were intending to give a permanent end to the series, while Resurrection was just an end to a season, since the show is continuing. It was an enjoyable ride, better ending than New Blood and S8, but there were a lot of missed opportunities. The serial killer club should of been a bigger threat, especially Gemini. Prater felt like a weak villain, like Jordan Chase lite. At least Chase had some kino lines. Prater was just a fanboy all the way though that didn't really become threatening til the end. Sucks that the Ripper "reveal" was just a name and its a literal who. It would of been kino if we saw Dexter open the New York Ripper files and its pictures of Blessing or someone else he knows.

Chase was cool, honestly I don't have big problem with a lot of killers in the original series. I thought Trinity Killer was dragged for too long and Doomsday killer was boring until the reveal. Interactions with Boyd were kino, I usually liked minor kills more so than major ones, because they are usually too stretched out. S5 kinda did it good, because he had multiple targets.
