The Siberia death was legitimately the worst thing I've seen on the show. It was embarrassingly bad. Like she just stands there, and then they do the zoom out where she looks like a mannequin and the flower fauna eats her. It was so poorly done dude. And then at the beginning of the episode there was a shot of the xenomorph where you could look at its arms and it looked like it was wearing a long sleeve shirt. The body suit is so fucking bad. Those are my only complaints.

Feels like we are at the half way point of the season but that was the finale. Thats my biggest complaint. The story isnt any worse than most of the alien books or comics. Alright I hated the first half of the season but the last few episodes have been getting better and better. The finale was the best yet and really enjoyable.The child robots are dealing with a weird developmental reality of not being human and they’re going through an existential crisis. They realize that they are the most powerful around and seize that power. I think the prodigy soldiers are children that were raised and trained by the prodigy synths. That’s why the black chick gets eaten by the alien on the ceiling. They just got ptsd from the elevator and then go into freeze mode. The children are taking out the threats to their dominance by releasing the aliens to fuck with the whole base and it was entertaining.I really hope they make another season. I dont think they would have done it they way they did if they weren’t considering the pacing. Since the first alien movie is about weyland yutani trying to capture an alien, I wonder if the prodigy company becomes a giant xenomorph hive that they use as bio weapons around space. Hawley saying kavelier is like Elon musk in business while weyland yutani being corporate is very good lore writing and shows big vision.
