I can understand Amateur Night being turned into a full film because its still one of the franchise's memorable shorts, but Slumber Party Alien Abduction...that's definitely a choice. beyond has 2 good sections (stork and the final one about the abduction) and the bollywood one is just watchable

on the other side, I don't know how you rank 94 that low. it's the best one in the series. has only one just okay section, and the others are terrifying. also the last short (The Terror) has a sort of crossover with 85 (the people in the lake house are probably vampires).

85 is hit or miss, but the two related sections about the lake are great.

vhs 1 & 2 are some of the best. just like that.

and 99 is a very hit or miss. I love the first short, the rest is kinda meh.

I know what you mean. It's hard for me to rate any of these flicks higher than a 6/10 because even if there is a truly exceptional short it is usually brought down by another terrible one. If you have these kind of compilations with short films made by different people then it is basically impossible fo be consistently good unless you reject the final product after having paid for its production.

This ended up being my favorite of the bunch. The haunted house coming to life in such merciless fashion works great, and it never lets up as soon as it begins.

Where this ranks among the pantheon of the franchise for me, I'm still considering. But it's definitely among the lower half.

Kidprint is the best segment yet. Ending had everyone shocked. Should have been the last one. However having it after Fun Size helps the impact of it a bit.

Finished watching a bit ago.
I liked it for the most part. The first segment was easily the worst. Kidprint and Home Haunt were the best. The wraparound was pretty weak, would have worked better as it's own segment, maybe.
I know people like to hate on Viral, but I watched Beyond last month and it is by far the worst entry into the series. Complete shit from beginning to end.

I only watched it because it was all halloween segments, and they did pretty well with it.

The cheerleader jumping on the conveyor belt to die was the best part of Fun Size
