Out There Halloween Megatape was a fun watch. not as much of a cohesive plot like WNUF Halloween Special. it's more just like watching cable on halloween, complete with commercials, which is perfect for having on while pumpkin carving, which is what i did. some of the commercials are so spot on they made me recall ads and products i forgot existed, like a commercial advertising tornado videos. it may not seem like it's going anywhere for a while, but there is a payoff at the end.

Halloween III was kino. I saw this many years ago and didn't appreciate it. Now there's lots that stands out - like how Atkins is boning basically every woman in the city. The music is great.Reminds me a bit of Phantasm, in that the minions are as fantastical as the main evil masterminds plot.
