still making /hor/ generals this late into November is genuinely sad and pathetic. You wont just let it die. Like who the fuck STILL wants to discuss horror after the horror month is over. It's just the same old shit discussions being shared by the same core group of 5 people who have nothing better to do with their lives.

I like 6 the most, with 4 & 5 as runners up. Jason Goes To Hell, Jason X and FvJ are stupid but make for a fun little 'Jason' trilogy and I find them the most entertaining.

That's the fucking problem retard. You newfags keep spamming threads all year around making them mostly dead and repetitive by the time October finally does roll around. Then after that's over, you still do it. It's exactly that type of newfaggotry that I'm against. This streamlining of a general that was once fun and seasonal. Now it's just spammy drivel constantly being made by the same newfag people over and over.
>>
“Cute,” said the simp as if has contributed greatly to the general.

Listened to: A Love Supreme: Live in Seattle by John Coltrane.
Went to see: Keeper by Osgod Perkins.
Buyfagged: Ms .45 on 4K.
‘fu of the day: Elle Fanning.

Keeper thoughts: I enjoyed it. I like Oz Perkins. He plays the floating head of child Norman in a ‘fuvourite of mine, Psycho II with Meg Tilly. I’m glad such a truly divisive director is working today. Guys like von Trier, Lanthimos and Aster are really faux-divisive, in reality they are universally critically adored. But no one is cranking out 2.X rated horror movies like Rob “God” Zombie and Oz Perkins. And Oz Perkins does it more consistently, this is his second movie this year. It reminds me of meinen precious 80s, when Cronenberg and Carpenter and Craven were pooping out movies all the time. Modern /hor/ needs to go back to this. I hate guys like Eggers and Jordan Poole who take half a decade to throw out something that seems half baked anyway… RETVRN TO JOURNEYMANNING. It’s my dream in life to be a bum journeyman who makes 2 movies a year off scripts I didn’t write.

Same boat. And I know there are options out there, options like direct streaming, and this is what I would always choose. I can't imagine having all of these options and either choosing to be a paycuck or streaming from shitty Uzbekistani website with casino ads.

Roommate and I just watched pic, fairly refreshing for a zombie movie. I saw some reviews complaining about the slowness, and my only complaint being about the guy being a retard at times like with the cat, but otherwise I enjoyed watching it. Especially the small segment in the beginning where he's asleep but you hear the commotion in the apartment, I like that little bridge of whats happening in the world instead of some jump cut. Roommate and I also jokingly called the Afghan girl being a hallucination when they were on the roof, but at the same time were unsurprised with her being dead. Any other similar recommendations?
>>
>>216001245

>>
>>215999999
Yeah. They payoff when he gets to Manhattan is good. And I don't think an entire movie of Jason running around a crowded city killing everyone would have worked that well. It needed to be contained to one act. I guess the argument is how much time we spend on the boat.
>>216000466
Horror fandom is a thing. People make their identities collecting the new limited to 1k copies 4k ultra release of out of print schlock. I disliked it at first but another anon pointed out the benefits to horror being a mainstream thing now makes the above more accessible, and that's true.

Yeah, the only good point is the mommy.

Ended up doing a theme night.

Trap. Not really horror but good up until the final act.. M.'s daughter is moderately attractive though, has a nice rack and good pipes.

The Trap. Dumb low budget brit horror comedy. Might've worked better it it had some actual production values.

Trap House. Also barely horror. Cool premise poorly handled and all the characters were functionally retarded.
