Imagine if instead of saying a POWERFUL and STRONG BOSS MOM one-liner then stabbing an unmoving demogorgon nine fucking times, Mrs. Wheeler just grabbed the wine bottle when blocked by the demogorgon, smashed it, and got about 1/5th of the way into a stab before getting mangled by itwould be pretty kino just seeing her go for it without hesitation, even if it didn't do shit, versus the embarrassing slop we actually gotI am a better director than the duffers

After watching the "Boruto" anime, I furthered my understanding of the story by reading the "Boruto" manga where the show left off. (Don't ask.) I found it annoying that at the start of one of the volumes (in the preface/intro) the writer was saying how he was watching "Stranger Things" or some shit. There was a sketch or drawing of Eleven.I found that to be annoying. Japanese media like anime and manga is somewhat of an escape from shitty American/Western media such as "Stranger Things". But nope, when I was reading that months ago, there it was, in my face. Pleb writer. IIRC, the guy who wrote Naruto didn't write Boruto. Discussion is much better for weekly releases and it is usually more enjoyable than the actual shows. Only problem is people can usually figure out what is going to happen. Like we know they go back in time to ensure 11 never exists.
