He is so good at making you feel instantly endeared towards them and they remind you of friends. So many good conversations in those movies. the worth of the avatar movies is actually no worth at all. It is a tech achievement that shows you how far away is the courage, writing and money part to ever actually do interesting science fiction that's fantastical. I am not talking Dune, I am not talking shitty "sci" "fi" but stuff completely new to film. They will never do it. Avatar is tech competent but a false hope.
