I wouldn't do something as crass as dropping another episode that undoes the finale one week later. I'd slowly edit the 8 episodes, first maybe make take one frame of an episode where they're going somewhere and have it turn into the UD, like faster than blink and you'll miss it. Over the course of 1 year edit episodes, remove background stuff or extras, change one or two words, etc. Make scenes shorter or longer by 3 or 4 seconds, etc., actual schizo shit, and then one year from now I would drop the real season 5.
