The worst part is they achieved nothing and arguably left things worse than they were. There are still uncontrollable supers, Vaught is government capture they will continue to churn supes and they will be even more than before, but instead of lame heroes roleplaying marvel rejects and making movies they will pump out the clowns to entertainment and the actual spooks into CIA and NSA. Supes killing normal people without consequences will continue and even increase.
