Just finished watching Halloween 6 Producer's Cut. While I liked what they did with the thorn storyline given to us in 5, I'm not a fan of how they just made Michael a lackey of the cult. No longer really the embodiment of true evil. He's just a tool. My interpretation of Michael Myers is that he should just be a force of nature. You can't beat him through brute force. Stop him, yes, but he will always come back. Like, imagine a scene where he actually gets his head chopped off but returns simply as the shape to finish his kill. What is he underneath doesn't matter to what he represents on the surface. The next movie should make him something like Sadako or The Grudge. He's the Boogeyman.
