I thought I hated it at first espescially cause I decided I wouldnt finish a game that I was disliking. That plus all my friends told me there was no connection to Dogma 1 cause their lying assholes, anyways the game is a lot better if you play it like a freak meanwhile Dogma 1 really only had the oxcart mission as its big friction point, the missables in Dogma 1 were easy to control and not a big enough problem that doing a 2nd playthrough was fine.v hates 2 cause it only does a handful of things right/better than 1, side quest design, vocation design and the world design/enemy placements are just so fucking bad in 2 PLUS its harsher survival elements that genuinely feel out of place since 1 didnt have them and I swear this game was not balanced with this shitty health cap shit you lying fuck Itsuno. Anyways I used to hate it for those reasons turns out mods fixed them all and I been enjoying my replay, only real shame is that the games endgame gear grind I find a lot less fun than everfall which really sucks cause we probably arent getting a DLC to fix that like we did with BBI.
