UYA shouldn't have gotten rid of the consumerism theming. In the other PS2 games guns served a thematic purpose because you had to buy them, thus tying into the consumerist nature of the series. Since 3 isn't about consumerism anymore, guns feel meaningless and are relegated to just being weapons you happen to use.

Anyone play The Crimson Diamond? I am a big fan of adventure games and am even willing to give the time of day to shit like The Dagger of Amon-Ra just for the vibes - but while this looks pretty similar to The Colonel's Bequest I'm worried it's riddled with zoomer talk or is poorly designed.
