Well I beat him 2nd try after switching to shieldpoke, but I felt as the exact type of subhuman scum that would use these cheese strategies and realized I didn't beat the game. So I booted an earlier save and have been at it for at least four hours. And I just can't fucking do it with that second phase. It doesn't even matter if I flawless the first phase and come at him with 14 flasks, I just find a sure way to fuck myself over all the same in the second. Summoning 1 random buddy for a fight I've gotten down to 1/3rd health several times is unironically fun, and I'm tired of pretending like it's not. Sounds fair to me, like invaders would appreciate someone not abusing every advantage in the book. I get to make the rules. I can force myself to fight the mobs instead of hiding from them, I can actually keep progressing through the level to get to the boss instead of camping out at the bonfire. My jump heavies with my colossals definitely outdo the damage of Eleonora's even with bleed procs because it takes longer to bleed them than most weapons apparently do. Against Radahn I could only get 3 bleed procs and the third came right at the end, so I still had to go through 70% of his health with light attacks since nothing else had a real opening

I don't know why everyone is complaining about the last boss. I go full strength plus some gravity magic for gap closing and ranged options and I practically one-shot that guy. And before anyone says "You didn't beat the game" because I summoned Miquella halfway through the fight for some AOE support, fuck you. This "Tarnished Lord of the old order" is a joke even without summon help.Anyway. I really enjoyed the ending where I became Miquella's Lord. 10/10 DLC. In the base game I ragequit after I got ganked by like eight invaders at once, so this DLC fixed everything for me. >Age of Kindness ending best ending.
