Just tap R2.The Bloodfiend Arm will proc blood loss on 2 hits. You basically just need to dodge and hit him about 10 times in total to win the fight. Often your mimic will get in the hits needed for you. When he does the big fuck you meteor attack I just ran away as far as I could and then held R1 down to block with my weapon and at that vig/absorbtion you will tank it with about 25% hp left.It still took me a few tries but anyone can use this to kill him pretty easy.
