Most FFs struggle to make every member count as is even with smaller sizes. Looking at the shape of the rocks, there are so many straight right angles with clear cuboid geometry. This immediately stuck out to me and I pondered for several minutes. Obviously this is the work of Jenova/Ancient magic use? The cubes looks like Jenova Synthesis' boss room from the OG. I've never seen anyone discuss this before or seen anyone mention it at all in any videos. It makes me excited to imagine the possibilities of what Part 3's Icicle area could look like. Weather effects, cold breath clouds, snow tracks. Crystal caves. Mountain climbing, snowboarding. Icicle Inn. Fully explorable Forgotten Capital? Winter outfits? I would temper my expectations but after Rebirth, it seems almost anything is possible.
