PCT is entirely responsible for BLM's current situation. The dev team wants to ensure that PCT gets used in raid content, which means that it needs to be unambiguously better than BLM. If the damage difference wasn't obvious, the tank-level raidwide mitigation tool should have been. We've seen them do this sort of thing before. It's certainly not done for job balance.
This game probably has the most amount of cheaters and botters I have ever encountered in an MMO. People openly talk about how they cheat and bot and SE never bans them.

These role quests are weird. The villians are fun in a goofy way and the cutscenes with them are usually fun but at the same time the stories themselves are pretty bland and any quest they're not directly involved is really boring. It feels like they could've made them every 3 levels then the level 100 battle instead of every 2.

The basic idea for level 100 stuff is start with muscle memory -> get buffs out asap in the correct order then cash in the muscle memory buff with groundwork -> use standard-refined touch combos under innovation to pump stacks more efficiently than you could with preparatory -> use a second innovation to go touch touch great strides byregot to finish off quality -> finish progress however you can. really important MAKE SURE NOT TO FORGET TRAINED PERFECTION ideally on a groundwork or prep touch, you can't finish without using it. you will need more than one macro unless you use Artisan

Most jobs at this point are not such a clean divide between selfish but 0 personal vs personal but 0 buffs. Something like Ninja is an easy example, it wouldn't be accurate to evaluate it solely on its raidbuff/rDPS while it is also one of the highest contributors to everyone else's/aDPS.It's not a good metric for ranking or personal use, but as an actual way of comparing job performance it's the most holistic.
