Looking at Atif matches I think his game plan is very simple. He uses d2 to condition and 1,2,1 when they're ducking. Literally if you're good at blocking lows you'll likely be able to shut down Atif, the problem is that he's very good at crouch blocking as well as using Drags mid strings to punish that.
