And then there are mods, which not only extend longevity, but can allow you to make a whole new game too.Out of it all, i think only Neverwinter Nights can rival TES. And in my honest opinion, NW can benefit a lot from running in 1st person and on Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim's engine. Same with a lot of older aRPGs and cRPGs.You are not losing anything by sticking to TES and modding it. Its just a shame that modding tools for TES games are limited and we have to get by with them and improvisations.
