Either they are decent but you wouldn't change anyone out of your team or they are super good so another ID instead becomes old and busted. Imagine what will happen when someone else gets sinking deluge and you don't need to bring Spicebush Yi Sang anymore. He is quite literally hanging on only due to his AOE and on a sinking team that's not exactly necessary he is just there for deluge
