I'm not sure I see the point in splitting hairs about her ability to aid ally charge gain being a bit delayed, especially when PM has all but explicitly expressed an intent to design around more long-haul encounters- being able to more granularly control who gets charge when, and get a bit more to get back going after a nuke, is an interesting prospect.

So I have to chain 2 skills 1s back to back, in order to gain 6+ charge, then use skill 2 twice to gain the barrier and a SINGLE potency, just so I can spread load for a less than 15% damage boost. Or I can sit on my ass, spending 60 charge count, so I can get the final value of 45% damage boost, maxWhen the FUCK do you EVER spend 60 charge in a single fight? Even in RR4 you don't spend 60 charge. Had it been something like one potency per 6 charge or total charge spent between all allies, that would've been fine. The latter would've even played into her role as the captain of a charge team
