As far as she's concerned she thinks she's still alive and working and her Madness Enhancement lets her just reason that the fact she doesn't need sleep etc. is her being delusional from overwork.Also personally I'm a big fan of her design. She has a motherly look but with a strict, formal uniform that sells the idea of her personality really well, and coupled with that soft smile and little laugh of hers (thank you Miyuki Sawashiro), you get those moments of cuteness and how much she sincerely cares for her between the strict, cold mood she usually has. She genuinely does care for you and your health and it's really sweet when she's happy because you're safe and healthy.I'm not really knowledgable enough with art to criticize the art itself, but I think her artist nailed the mood he was going for.
