No one has ever put out a decent defenses guide. They all basically say, here are the types of defenses and what they do. Spent a while trying to theorycraft a 1hander with socketed vaal skills have no cd and a squire. To be used with ignite vaal arc.It didn't go well bros. Either it had good damage or good defenses. I got it to 15mil dps without pob warrioring too hard, but phys max hit was 7k. Having to use squire or no shield bloooows.

>>487711993It depends on build to build. Mathil is not someone who will play 1 or 2 builds and minmax them. He spends like 20 divines on a build at most and then moves on to the next thing. Sometimes he legitimately makes builds that are really good and use interactions that LATER become really popular and he never gets credit because he didn't invest 100 divines to make it do billions of damage. Other times he makes scuffed meme builds that only he can pilot, and even then he'll kill like one uber and just move on. So you can't really just do what he does and expect it to work out, you have to actually look at the build. He also is lazy as fuck and isn't gonna make detailed guides or PoBs for his characters. He just makes a video or two about a build and then is making the next thing.
