There's usually a 50/50 split on screenspace between the man and the woman and the genitals are a relatively small part of the screenspace. I've seen quite a few otome h-scenes where nothing or almost nothing was pixellated because they didn't even really show anything.There was actually an interview with Shigeo Hamashima from several years ago where she talked about when she drew No Thank You which was her first BL work targeted at women, she had to completely re-learn how to draw h-scenes.
