We shipped some changes in 14.4 to change the default camera angle on red side and noticed some improvement, but there's still more to do. 1. Better between team player balance: We have identified some improvements to how individual matches are balanced, especially at the top of the ladder where there are scarce player populations and difficulties in making fair matches. We hope to see more fair matches and a reduction to players repeatedly ending up on the same side. 2. Better side balancing: We're also better optimizing how teams are balanced by side. This will be most notable in high MMR. (ie. Master+)3. Better off-role balance: We've also identified some optimizations that can improve the matching of offroles and secondaries by side that don't dramatically increase queue times. 4. Better return to ranked experience for returning players: Returning players often take some time to shake off the rust and get back to form. Ok this thing had some closure but it didn't really finish some of the storylines. It's totally going to Noxian war arc next but I think it's still going to resume on Piltover and sail to buildup on Noxus which would be like 1-2 episode giving us less time to build up tension for the war and build weapons for it and understand Boram Darkwill is stupid crazy. Swain, Darius and other people are gonna be side characters which once culling a bunch of characters after the meatgrinder in the war, Swain and Darius (maybe Draven) will be the focus. After that probably the demon pact, coup and reform (resurrecting Sion too like the WW thing in the bg) since I guess they're going by 2 seasons per region.
