She's also a scaling champ, which makes her especially weak early on where she doesn't have the tools to properly trade in raw damage, so she has to make use of clever spacing, which is a quality that requires skill, more so than let's say Vex or Ziggs.But I get the what you're saying and you're not wrong, though I think it's rather healthy for the game to have those champs that require understanding and mechanical prowess to do good with and I wish the entirety of the game was balanced around this principle...
