It's worth pointing out that these demos had several severe visual glitches. Nona's character model completely disappeared once I saved her from being chased, leaving me and the surrounding characters appearing to speak to thin air. Many of the monsters would also flicker in and out in terms of material details. Oftentimes scales would completely disappear and then reappear with no real pattern.

I feel like it's unfair that a monster can instantly travel through multiple areas and reach his destination in a split second. I just had a limping (I repeat: LIMPING) Najarala go from area 4 to area 8 of Primal Forest. He's LIMPING and yet he can instantly travel across multiple areas and go to sleep.Meanwhile, I have to slooooooowly run through area 4, through the start of area 3, climb up the loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong climbing section in the north end of area 3, and then finally reach area 8.Players have absolutely no way to intercept a monster at his destination. There is just no way you can get to where he wants to go before he can, whereas in World and Rise (and presumably in Wilds), you could do that by fast traveling to a base camp near the monster's destination and set up traps there to continue bullying him. Meanwhile, here in clunky and janky pre-World games, monsters have instant teleportation. Thankfully, 5th gen has put a stop to this nonsense.
