Jiu is "better' for longer fights but you need to use your ult at least twice to hit 10 stacks. But Windsong ultimate does so much damage it doesnt really matter which one you use unless you're highscore chasing.I dont think its really worth maxing out the Windsong chube though unless you just have dozens of unused gluttony. It was fine for Azur Lane for me because I can just hoard gems during the anniversary and exchange them for skins as they get released. GFL was different because the skins were the gacha and its limited. I managed to clean out all the offers once just to get all the anniversary skins (I can't remember if its the 1st or 2nd anniv). It easily was the worst decision I did when it comes to gacha.
